“We had such a great experience with Lauren! This was our first time ever leaving our dog with anyone other than immediate family, so we were definitely a little nervous going into it! She made the whole experience so easy and reassuring by being incredibly communicative, reliable, and attentive. She went above and beyond with everything that she did! Long walks, sticking around in the evening so Harley would eat, and even remembered that our dog loves to wear pajamas to sleep. It was clear that Harley was happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. We’re so grateful we found her and would absolutely love to have her watch our dog again!”

Your dogs will be well taken care of and have plenty of room to run! I also have a dog door so the dogs will always have access to the backyard when they want!
“Kenedeigh is an amazing sitter and true dog enthusiast. My two girls instantly became best friends with her. Her responsiveness and flexibility with a customer’s travel schedule is bar none. 1000% reccomend to anyone out there.”

“At the last minute I needed someone to come in and let my pup out and Kimberly came to the rescue! She was very attentive and kind to my girl. I will definitely be using her again for check ins!”

“Devin is amazing. It’s the second time she’s taken care of my cat. She sends detailed updates and pictures that make it easier to be away. She goes out of her way to learn what my cat likes and how she likes to play. You couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter!”

“Tara is awesome! She spent quality time with my two cats every time she visited. She is professional and is a good communicator. I highly recommend her for watching your pets.”
About: My experience with animals has been all my life and 3 years ago I did Rover with my mom. She taught me to not just watch animals but to create a calm, safe, and engaging environment for them. I’m also very communicative I make sure owners feel connected and reassured with regular updates, photos, and honest check-ins. I take that trust seriously and aim to make both pets and owners feel at ease I work from home so I’m able to be with them all day and my house is located by trails and parks for a short or long walk I have a fenced in backyard and 3 levels with gate on each level. Plenty of space but also gates to block off a level if pets need their own space
“My animals absolutely loved her! Loved the many videos and pictures with updates. She also accepted the booking 8 hours before she was needed. Very grateful for her amazing help.”
“Patricia was a very thoughtful, kind, and caring person to watch our fur babies. Overall, great experience working with her and we will continue to use her on future trips. From one fur baby owner to another, you won't go wrong hiring her. ☺️”

“Rachelle is amazing! I cannot thank her enough. My two boys can be wild and she was so attentive and kind. Her problem solving when they act like gremlins was so helpful. Calmed my anxiety about leaving my boys ten folds!”

About: I have extensive experience in caring for & training dogs of all breeds, sizes, and backgrounds. I am a positive reinforcement trainer specializing in household & public manners, impulse control, & trust/confidence building. I also have extensive experience caring for reptiles and birds. I currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 turtle at home, but have previously owned or cared for a wide variety of other animals. I also have experience administrating medication through many different methods. I truly love caring for and playing with all animals, learning their personalities, and being a safe caregiver when you can't be there. I previously had a rover caregiver account with over fifty positive reviews, but during COVID I had to readjust and after years of a dormant acount, it was disabled. I currently have a semi-open work schedule with mornings and afternoons open every day, and evenings available Th-Su. I take my bookings extremely seriously. You can trust that if I accept a booking, even outside my regular availability, that I will be on time and take care of your baby to the fullest. They deserve the best!! When watching your dog in your home, I ensure safety by making sure that all exits are secure, and checking the stability if the fencing in the backyard. For a walk, or leashed potty time, I always ensure that the harness/collar & leash are secure before leaving the house & stay on alert for potential dangers while outside. It's also important to me that the walk is for the dog, not for me. As long as they aren't trying to ingest anything, I let them take their time sniffing and exploring and lead the walk, rather than I taking the lead.
“Ashlyn was awesome. My fur babies loves her and she took great care of them. Every visit included photos and a detailed description of the encounter. My babies will be in great hands for all of my future out of town trips”

“Cherontae went above and beyond. She helped us in a last minute family emergency. She text us every day to and from our house with pictures and updates. She’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you!”

About: I have experience in walking, pet sitting, and boarding dogs. I love the energy and exitment that they bring into the room. I love getting to know and interact with our furry friends and look foreward to how I can best help serve you and your dog! As a recent high school graduate, I have a fully flexible schedule and a deep passion for animal care. My goal is to provide your "fur-babies" with the consistent attention, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away. I am known for being highly reliable and have excellent references from previous clients who trust me with their pets' well-being. Whether it's long midday walks or keeping them company at home, I am excited to provide a safe and loving environment for your pets. I take great pride in providing a high standard of care that focuses on both the physical and emotional needs of every animal. My goal is to ensure your pet feels genuinely loved and supported while you are away. I believe that exercise and socialization are vital to a pet's health, and I am committed to creating an environment where they feel safe, active, and cherished. I am a hardworking, reliable sitter who will treat your pet with the same patience and affection as if they were my own.
“Samantha was absolutely amazing. Kept me updated checked in on my babies 3x for me. Sent pictures, you can tell how much they love her. Will 100% use her again and again”

“Courtney took such great care of my 3 month old kittens when I had to be away for a few days! She spent so much time playing with them, making sure they were good, and even trimmed their nails. Truly above and beyond: her care for animals is so deep, she loves each and every pet as her own (even if one of them doesn’t really like her LOL). With her vet tech experience I felt confident with her in my home in case she needed to intervene and perform any sort of emergency medical task or simply getting something out of their mouths. Will be booking Courtney again in the future when the need arises! Very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Fountain
Cara is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable leaving your pets in her care within minutes of meeting her. She goes the extra mile and provides notes on how your pet is doing. She also sends pictures of your pet with each visit. It really made us happy to be able to see pictures of our kitten while we were away. No complaints! We would definitely recommend Cara to take care of your pets!

Another great experience with Lori! Our Dexter has been a bit more nervous lately being left alone, and Lori knew exactly how to cater care to help him. She recommended playing soft music, and I really think it did wonders. She truly puts care into getting to know your pet's individual needs.

Agustina has been a pleasure to work with. She’s detail oriented and caring. Our pups enjoyed her company and made us pet parents feel safe. She was playful and attentive to our pups today. Glad we cross paths and our pups look forward to seeing her again!

Elsa cared for our cats last week and did a great job with them. She followed instructions to ensure they got enough water, dry food, their daily canned dinners, and fresh tap water dribbled from the one specific bathroom sink that they drink out of it's clear that Elsa spent time visiting and playing with them since they were not starving for attention when we returned. Door was locked, house was as clean as we left it, and most importantly, the cats were healthy and happy. Success!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
