“Randy is an incredible dog sitter. He is communicative, timely, thoughtful, and just all around an asset to the Rover community. He sends plenty of pictures and updates and is incredibly patient with our Golden Retriever puppy, Frankie. I can’t recommend Randy enough!”

About: Grew up caring for rescue dogs with my family. Currently have a rescue that I've had for 2 years as well as help care for 2 puppies. I currently work full-time, early morning to early afternoon. So I would be able to check in on pets or give some play/walk time in the afternoons/early evenings as well as all weekend In my own home my pets go on walks to relieve themselves due to living in an apartment. I have cared for other pets who need walks and have fenced in backyards.

“Jasmin was great responding to our short notice request for a walk for our Golden ball of fluff! Thanks for following through when the key wasn’t where it’s supposed to be!”

About: I have extensive experience providing daytime care for dogs, from 8 weeks old to 18 years old, including those with special needs that make them unfit for traditional pet care services. My responsibilities include monitoring pet health and behavior to catch potential issues early, long walks/ playtime to ensure they get the stimulation they need, administering food and medication on a set schedule, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comforting environment. I implement breed- and temperament-specific measures—such as separation barriers or designated play areas—to ensure harmony among animals. I provide basic grooming services including bathing, brushing, and nail trims, and respond swiftly to emergencies with first aid and coordination with veterinary professionals when necessary. Pet care fits naturally into my routine both during the summer and while taking college classes, especially as somebody who has a dog of their own. In the summer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for animals. During the school year, I structure my classes to leave room for regular pet care responsibilities, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. I'm dependable, organized, and committed to making pet care a consistent part of my daily routine year round. I’m comfortable and experienced caring for pets in clients' homes, making sure their routines are maintained in a familiar, stress-free environment. I follow all instructions closely, keep the space clean, and ensure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family.

“Steven is fantastic. I had a family emergency and the person who normally walked Tully was unavailable. Contacted Steve and he came right away for a meet and greet. My dog is a rescue so he doesn’t always do well with strangers but he was so happy with Steve right away. Steve asked if he could take Tully on a short introductory walk to make sure they were a good match which made me much more comfortable. Definitely would recommend Steve! Amazing with both families and fur babies!”

About: Have been taking care of family friends pets whenever they need me to. Great with dogs of all sizes. Extremely Gentle with smaller dogs and cats. Extremely patient for dogs that may require more patience than others Recently graduated college and looking for jobs currently. I have a lot of free time so I can stay as long as needed to help out. I have two dogs with a fenced backyard. They eat at the same time every day. They use the bathroom on a consistent schedule and use that time to play and to let out energy that’s needed. We go for walks often as well as providing them with tons of toys and space.

“Our pup was chill when we returned home; relaxed from his long walk in the cold. Carly took him on a nice long walk and he is now, a few hours later, happily napping on my lap. Carly must have kept him moving since they did almost 2 miles! And he loves to sniff, so that’s impressive! Thanks for giving him a healthy diversion while we were out.”

“My dog is in love with Kathy! Kathy walked Ziggy daily while we were on vacation. My mother was watching our dogs, but can't walk them safely. Kathy worked out an easy schedule to pick up Ziggy without any interruption to our elderly dog. We received daily updates and photos. She even worked in a little leash training, in which there was noticeable improvement. We are very happy with how Kathy cared for Ziggy, and highly recommend her services.”

“Raquel is one of the most passionate, caring, and responsible dog owners I've ever had the pleasure to witness. She is extremely attentive, sensitive, and tuned into any dog she encounters, let alone the ones she's owned. I've seen dogs relax in her presence, and she does the same with them. You'd truly be doing yourself a favor by choosing her to be the caretaker for your pet.”
