“Mandy was wonderful! She took great care of my dog and cat, was very communicative, and made me feel very comfortable leaving them in her care! I would definitely recommend Mandy to anyone!”

About: My family and I are avid dog lovers! I’ve been around pups as well as various other pets from a baby. I actively took care of my mini-pinscher pup DeeOgie in middle school and countless others in high school! I currently have one pup (Maltipoo) named Bella and she is 9 wonderful years old! I love her sooo much! Bella also has a wonderful group of “girlfriends” whom she hangs with (shout out to Resha, Sadie and Koko!). Bella also has a best friend fur cousin (my brothers dog) named Peanut! Hopefully you will let me love your pup as much as I love them! I work at home M-F and freelance photography on some weekends. I will be able to dedicate all of my time to your pup. If I am unavailable for long periods on any specific date, it will be blocked out of my calendar and unavailable for booking. I only board 1 pup at a time with the exception of multiple pups from the same family that require boarding. My pup Bella is mild mannered, and very chill. I have a fenced in yard that is locked and accessible from the glass door. In my home, there will be a dedicated crate if needed, pups are free to roam around on the main level where all the action is!
“It was our first time using Rover and couldn’t have been happier with Jhonathan! He was extremely easy to contact and super patient with all our questions. He treated our cats like they were his own and when we needed to extend the services an extra 5 days, he didn’t hesitate to accept the new contract time. Being new to VA, it’s such a relief to have someone in the area we can trust to watch our cats while we’re away. Will absolutely use him again the next time we are out of town!”

“Emileo was wonderful!! he really treated our little lady like she was his own baby. he took videos of what was going on and spent real quality time with her. we were so at ease and not worried at all. we will definitely use Emileo again, and absolutely recommend him to anyone else!!”

About: Hello I am happy you have chosen me to care for your pet! Please reach out for a meet and greet before booking. It is very important that I meet with you and your pup before scheduling any service. Send me a message and we can schedule a meet up before booking! Hope to hear from you!🙂 I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I’m patient, gentle, and make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and loved. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or long walks, I make sure each pup gets the care and attention they deserve. I’ve also worked at a doggie daycare so I saw how things were ran. Caring for pets blends naturally into my day. I make space for morning and evening walks, meals, playtime, and those little moments of connection pets need to feel comfortable. I’m flexible with timing, and since I have other clients as well, I appreciate working together on a schedule that fits us both. I also have a dog of my own, Spud, so I understand how important consistency and trust are. With good communication, I keep every pet on a routine that feels safe and reliable. In my home or a client’s home, I make sure pets feel safe and loved. I follow their normal routine for meals, walks, and playtime, and give them plenty of attention, care, and comfort.
“Sam took such great care of Peaches and Latke! It was so nice to know they were in good hands while we were away. We definitely hope to be able to book with Sam again in the future! Thank you so so very much!”

“Thank you for taking care of our puppy. Great detailed visit. Pictures and everything we asked for our puppy’s needs was accomplished and more! Will call again, we are regulars now!”
About: Animals have always been my passion. I graduated with a degree in Zoology and currently work as a Veterinary Technician, giving me both academic knowledge and hands-on experience caring for animals every day. I understand animal behavior, health, and safety, and I make it my goal to ensure every pet feels comfortable, loved, and cared for while their family is away. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, feeding, or plenty of cuddles, your pet will be treated like part of my own family. As a full-time Veterinary Technician, pet care is already a part of my daily life. I plan my schedule carefully to ensure every pet receives the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. I am available for drop-in visits, walks, overnight care, and pet sitting during my free hours, weekends, and many holidays. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so pet parents can feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. As a Veterinary Technician with a degree in Zoology, I have professional experience recognizing signs of stress or illness, administering medications, and caring for pets with special medical needs. I follow each pet’s routine closely, maintain a clean and secure environment, and use positive reinforcement to build trust. About: As a pet owner myself, of an energetic poodle, I understand the importance of maintaining open communication while your pet is in the care of another person. I work 100% remotely, which allows me the flexibility to cuddle, play, and care for your pet. I have a set schedule for walks but can also accommodate as needed. Pets are not allowed in my bedroom or bathroom in my home but are welcome to the rest of the home. They’ll also have their own room to safely sleep, play or relax.

“Sarah did a wonderful job making sure my two cats were cared for and keeping out of trouble while I was out of town! I think that she is communicative and descriptive, which helped me feel more at ease away from home. Definitely recommend her.”

About: I am well equipped to deal with different types of dogs as I have been surrounded by them my whole life. Especially older dogs with more attentive needs as my dog was 16 years old. I also take the time to get to know your animals and how they behave. When pet sitting I always think of different ways to keep your dog busy and active recently i house sat for a family member who had a dog and we went on long adventurous walks around Washington D.C and also took rides to different stores . Another piece I left with her dog was teaching him how to be a little calmer because he’s a quite hyper dog and she was very pleased with his new skills when she came back .
About: When I’m not teaching in the classroom I LOVE taking care of fur-babies! My journey with pets have been life long and I have been around dogs specifically since the age of 2. I have taken care of my family dog since the year of 2015 and housed many rescue dogs during the summers of 2018 and 2019. I am currently on summer break until August 28th, 2023. I have open availability and can be on call if needed. I am open to dog walking, pet sitting, and/or pet check ins. I currently live in the fort Washington area. My yard has an electrical fence that your fur baby is free to roam around in. There is also a deck in the backyard for your fur baby to catch some cool sun-smiles! :)
