“This was my second round with Tanaysia and I cannot sing her praises enough! My boy had exorcist level liquid poop in the house after I left and she was so nice about the whole thing (I felt so bad). She cleaned everything up and gave my boy so much love. Kept me in the loop and great updates since this was so out of the norm for my pup. Will def book again when needed, cannot recommend enough!!!”

“Rebecca was exceptional!! She kept us updated with consistent updates/photos. I could tell my boys were well taken care of. She was really flexible and accommodating of our needs. She gave our boys lots of love and snuggles. Rebecca is extremely reliable. It was very comforting knowing the dogs were in such good hands. We will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

“Morgan was great with my fur babies. I received so many pictures and videos and felt connected to them even while I was miles away! I will definitely be asking Morgan to watch over my babies again and would highly recommend Morgan to anyone!”

“Atiyana did a wonderful job taking care of our dig Leila. Leila was happy to meet her and took to her from day one. Thankful that she was able to care for her and feed our fish!”
“Once again Kellie made going on a trip super easy for me. She sent me pictures throughout the day and gave me updates whenever I asked. I feel like I can really enjoy myself while im on a trip knowing Peter is well taken care of. Thanks Kellie!!!”

“Hieu and Anna were so amazing to our huskies while we were gone. One of our pups was newly adopted and needed extra love and encouragement and they were able to provide that! They provided many updates throughout the day giving me piece of mind that they were living the best life with their aunties 😁 We're so grateful for them!”

“Jessica did a great job taking care of my GSD, Auggie. She was very communicative, my place was cleaner than I left it which is going above and beyond, and most importantly, my dog was happy and well taken care of. I will definitely be reaching out again next time I'm out of town.”

“Christina exceeded our expectations! She and our English bulldog bonded immediately. She sent us lots of pictures and we could clearly see how happy they were. We will definitely use her again. Thank you Christina for your conscientious care of our baby!”

“Kayla was extremely reliable and honest. She read and I believe followed my complex instructions to a T. She was also thoughtful about cleaning up the house and washing her own linens. With Farah, she was calm, and I think that was good for our anxious doggy. She sent regular photos and videos, asked questions (which I appreciate), didn't over-treat Farah, and let me know about a minor accident Farah had, which most folks probably would be afraid to do. (Farah was completely fine.) I came home to a happy, healthy dog with a new friend.”

About: I have been taking care of cats since I was 6 years old, and I started pet sitting in elementary school. In the past I've watched dogs, cats, fish, birds, rodents, crustaceans, and reptiles. I make sure to treat every animal as if they were my own. I currently live with my cat the DMV area. Also, I painted the Big Blue Cat in Old Town Alexandria! I work from home remotely. This means I am often available to stay home with your pets or to check on them throughout the day! I am comfortable caring for multiple pets and kinds of animals at a time. I am also sensitive to the special needs of each pet. I'll take care of your fur babies and your home too.
“Steve was great and we are SO very happy to have found a new sitter! His first stay was for seven days, which is alot, and he was super communicative sending reports and photos twice a day which really eased my anxiety. He also came for an initial walk and meet and greet with us, did a 'test' walk one day for us and even asked to come again with us for a second walk at the park before we left. I highly recommend Steve but I'm hoping he doesn't get so busy we can't have him when we need him! Thanks so much Steve!”
“Great communication and was super clean! We appreciated the updates and pictures of our dogs and the condition in which she left our house. We would definitely use her again. The most impressive part is that my dog got sprayed by a skunk in our yard and she had to go buy extra skunk shampoo to get her smelling normal again. That’s above and beyond”

About: Law is my day job, dogs are my passion—and I’m excited to bring that passion to caring for your pet! I raised and trained my German Shepherd puppy from 8 weeks old to the mature, well-trained 7 year old he is today, which means that with respect to dog walking and care, I can do anything! Caring for dogs is truly second nature to me. My years spent training my intelligent, high energy working breed have honed me into an expert in a dog’s needs and wants. I am diligent, thoughtful, conscientious, and dedicated—and I’m a federal employee, so you know I passed a rigorous background check :) In all, my years spent walking, training, and caring for dogs will make me an excellent sitter/walker for you. I am currently a furloughed federal worker, so I have nothing but time! I’m available any time of day, any day of the week. I will also be available for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please help me eat and pay rent! Caring for pets is second nature to me, as I currently have a high energy, intelligent German Shepherd named Bexar. While walking your dog, I will be safe, in control, and observant to their needs, while also enjoying the outdoors and exercise together. In your home, I will be thoughtful, attentive, and conscientious to your dog’s needs. Whether they want to play, walk, or rest, I will be happy to do it.
“Juan was very nice and left the house in good order. He does seem to have a busy schedule as he was away from the dogs 8-10 hours during the day. They have a dog door so not a huge issue but I prefer 5-7 hours max and feeding them at 8:30 pm is pretty late and not their norm. I typically also get 2-4 check ins with pictures from my other sitters which was not the case. I will be sure to be more clear about my expectations in the future.”

“Sam was great! We came home to a happy, relaxed pup and a clean, tidy house. Sam was really flexible to make sure our dog was taken care of on the right schedule, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Would definitely recommend Sam!”

“Y’all, Kristal is the BEST. I messed up my dates and ended up out of town without a sitter. She showed up within 4 hours and saved me. She sent loads of pictures to ease my mind and was kind and playful with my kitty. It’s worth everything to know your pet is safe and happy and Kristal made that happen”
