“My fur baby is not overly friendly. I didn’t think he would come out for Krystin but he did AND he let her pet him. I am amazed. Krystin has that something special pets sense. She is awesome!”

“Nel was wonderful with our kitties while we were away for several long weekends. She provided lots of updates, pics, and was easy to get in touch with. We could tell she cared and even got our shy cats to warm up to her and play and take treats from her. :) would book again with Nel!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels for many years. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m attentive to routines, patient with anxious pets, and always focused on keeping animals safe, comfortable, and happy. I treat every pet as if they were my own and take pride in providing reliable, loving care. I’m available for boarding on weekends and for drop-ins, walks, and other services on weekdays after at any time. I have one friendly, well-socialized yorkie and always introduce new pets slowly and carefully. I’m happy to crate pets if requested and strictly follow feeding schedules, routines, and any special care instructions. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities.

“This was my first week having Matthew do daily drop-ins to check on my girls since I am returning to work full-time. Communication from Matthew is top notch, I got amazing photos and videos, and I knew my girls loved their time with him. I was such a comfort knowing they were in good hands. Matthew was also kind enough to make a couple minor adjustments to their routine that I threw at him mid-week. I’m very grateful to know Matthew will be spending time with my girls when I’m in the office!”

“Madison has been an exceptional caretaker for my two Siberian huskies. From the moment she began working with them, her warmth, kindness, and natural connection with animals were immediately evident. She is incredibly dependable and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my dogs are not only well cared for but genuinely happy. Her gentle demeanor and intuitive understanding of animal behavior have made a noticeable difference in my dogs’ mood and energy. They truly enjoy being around her, and it’s clear that she brings out the best in them. Madison has a special way with animals—one that fosters trust, comfort, and joy. I’m very pleased with the care she’s provided so far and feel confident knowing my dogs are in such capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend Madison to anyone seeking a reliable and loving pet caretaker.”

About: Hello, I'm Kristen and I would love to spoil your dog(s) while you are away! I started Rover dog-sitting after losing my dog of 12 years and it was the best decision. I've watched dogs of all sizes and personalities and enjoy learning what makes them unique. I volunteer at a local animal shelter where I get to meet many dogs and learn more about dog behavior. I will treat your dogs like my own and make sure they get plenty of exercise to work off any anxiety from missing you. I'm happy to take care of puppies (if they are potty-trained) and senior dogs (if they are ok with stairs) and provide the extra attention they need. I live in a three-story townhome with a small carpeted basement off the garage, hardwood floor on main level, and carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. I have a small non-fenced yard in the back with a deck (4 stairs to ground). I've attached pictures of all the stairs for anyone with senior dogs. Dogs are free to couch-surf and allowed on the bed here. But I can reinforce whatever the rules are in their home.

About: I love all dogs! My boyfriend makes fun of me because I abandon him when there is a dog nearby that I need to go pet. I have always had dogs growing up I currently have a two year old Pitbull named Dozer and he is like having a toddler. I enjoy taking him to dog parks and dog beaches, he loves other dogs and people. We enjoy long walks to sniff all the smells and meet all the new dogs and humans. I have never met a dog that I didn’t like, being around dogs makes me so happy, watching how excited they get when they meet new people or new dogs and they get the wiggly butt going or flop down and say rub my belly.
