About: I’ve been passionate about animals my entire life, and I’ve had the joy of caring for a wide variety of pets over the years. From my very first fish and family cats to now raising three wonderful dogs and my beloved cat, Willow, I’ve developed a deep love and understanding of animals. With years of hands on experience, I know how to provide pets with the attentive, loving care they deserve. Whether it’s feeding, grooming, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I treat every animal as if they were my own. With an open and flexible schedule, I’m excited to finally pursue my true passion, working with animals. I have over 6–8 years of experience in pet care and pet sitting, and I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, from snakes, rabbits, and newborn kittens and puppies to farm animals like pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, and geese. I am also pursuing a career in veterinary medicine! Whether I’m pet sitting or simply helping an animal in need, I do it out of genuine love and compassion. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in caring, capable hands, I’ll treat them like family. All of my pets are fed twice a day with portions based on their weight, and grooming is a regular part of our routine. My biggest dog gets bathed as often as he’ll let me, and the others are brushed regularly because of their long fur. My cat gets her weekly brushing too, and I clip claws as needed! While I don’t need to walk my dogs since we have a fenced yard with a doggy door, I still love taking them on walks around the neighborhood. And of course, playtime is a daily must because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love that?

About: I'm comfortable taking care of your pets. I have had birds forever and helped with dogs, bearded dragons and beta. Pet duties include: providing proper food and fresh water in clean bowls, cleaning up after them, attention and fun time. I'm available for the Waldorf and La Plata, MD areas any day of the week between 7 or 8 am - 5 pm. Thank you for considering me for the role of pet sitter/dog walker. I'll be visiting your pet at your place. I will be happy to keep on contact during the entire process from start to finish and during that time I will take care to follow safety requests (i.e. locks secured, fences checked, etc).

About: With years of experience, I pride myself on being a sitter who listens closely to both you and your pet’s needs, and have an understanding of how dogs behave and communicate. I've had dogs my entire life, and grew up on a farm around all kinds of other animals too. My husband has had similar experiences, as his father was curator at several zoo's from Philadelphia to Seattle. I take the time to understand your preferences and ensure I provide care exactly how you want it. My own fur babies get walked daily and spend a lot of time outdoors, but are also used to staying in and having a chill weekend. I’m responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented, always ensuring your pets needs are handled in whichever way you prefer. I respond promptly to any questions or concerns and maintain open communication throughout. Rest assured, your pet will be treated with the same love and respect you give them, making their time with me both enjoyable and stress-free. I'm available Friday afternoon to Sunday evenings and will pick up and drop off your pet if needed. If your dog can handle being alone for the work day 7am-4pm week I am available to care for your dog during the week as well. I can schedule meet & greets in the afternoons. on most weekdays. I have a fenced in yard, two fur babies for your dog(s) to play with, and a large house for playing in, being crated if necessary or for lounging in our 3 large dog beds. When our queen size bed isn't being used (by humans), I convert it into an extra large dog bed where my pups have plenty of leg room. My husband, Mike, and I, go on walks daily and will visit our neighborhood dog park/beach area if your pooch likes to swim. Mike and I have cared for Miles for the last 11 years, but both have had dogs our entire lives. I have a tub and years of experience bathing large dogs too! Rest assured, when your pets are here, they are the guests of honor.

About: With two dogs of my own and five years of professional animal care under my belt, I’ve found that taking care of animals is my passion. I’ve earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus in preprofessional animal medicine. Through my education, I’ve gained knowledge on animal nutrition, handling, anatomy, and behavior. Professionally, I’ve been working with small domestic animals for five years. Starting as a cat volunteer at the humane society, I learned to socialize, feed, clean litter boxes, and handle cats. I then proceeded to learn basic handling of rodents, rabbits, and reptiles as an undergrad. For my two most recent positions, I worked as a kennel attendant and dog handler. As a kennel attendant, I worked with rescue dogs and learned to properly sanitize crates and kennels, feed and handle medicine, and dog socializing. As a dog handler, I worked in a large and small dog boarding facility and strengthened my knowledge of feeding and handling meds. I became proficient in understanding dog behavior and maintaining a peaceful environment for large groups of dogs. As your pet sitter, I can promise I will put in my best effort to provide the same level of care for your furry family as you do. I look forward to becoming your pet’s temporary best friend! I have a loose schedule and am willing to care for your pets weekdays or weekends. Whatever you need, I am happy to work with! It’s your home, your rules. About: I have always been an animal lover. I've had small,medium and extra large dogs! Growing up I was the kid that had rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats. I obtained my vet assistant certification to learn how to better care for my pets and have enjoyed spoiling them ever since! I'd love to help care for your fur babies. I am currently working until 4pm but I'm available any time after and on weekends. My husband is home during the day so there is always someone home to look after our pets. I have a park very close by along with nature trails for long walks. I have a 6 year old large baby who is able to keep anybody entertained.

About: My husband and I are blessed to have a totally fenced in home with over three acres. I decided to use this blessing to bless dogs to come and run and play. Dogs were meant to run and roam not be tied up. I so enjoy being outdoors and being around dogs. I have always had dogs even growing up with my family. My father had a heart for animals and I believe that is where my love has come from. I have three dogs of my own and each one has a very special spirit about them. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the rescues and shelters walking the dogs there. I also take rescue puppies into our home and foster them until they are adopted into a loving family. My husband and I work together and we have plenty of time to give special attention to your fur baby. We believe in exercising your pet whether by means of walking, playing with their favorite toy, sitting on the porch just hanging out and also then giving the proper rest as needed. My yard is fenced in for protected play time. While inside your pet will be allowed to be a part of household for special time and then I have a separate area where your pet will be allowed to have quite time and rest in a crate or in a area without a crate as needed.

About: Since I was a kid I’ve had dogs, birds, reptiles, and more! I’m experienced with all kinds of animals, from puppies to senior pets. I would love to care for your best friend this summer! Open to house sitting, drop ins, and whatever is convenient to you. Outside of pet sitting, I’m a senior at Stevenson University and an EMT in Baltimore county. I will be out of town from May 31-June 4, and July 10-18. I am also returning to college in late August. My schedule is otherwise very flexible! About: I’ve been taking care of 4 legged animals since 15. I currently work fairly part time and can be quite flexible. I am a licensed social worker and provide therapy in Fredericksburg and through telehealth which gives me a lot more flexibility in my schedule. I provide love and care to pets, giving them time to warm up to me, playing with them, and treating them with the same care and love I give my own pets.
