About: I've always loved being around animals and enjoyed making them feel comfortable and safe. People always warn me about their pets before I meet them saying they may do too much of this or that but it truly would never bother me at all. I adore animals, especially dogs, and I've even had my own dog to take of as well. I would be taking classes over the summer, but they're asynchronous so the work load is no rush and because of that I feel like I would have plenty time to take care of any pets if needed. I always make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in their usual environment. I follow any instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, and house rules. During visits and walks, I pay close attention to pets’ behavior and make sure they're getting plenty of attention and care. I also make sure owners stay updated with messages and photos whenever possible.

About: I’ve volunteered at my local Humane Society for three years consistently. I’ve had a dog for over 4 years and I’ve helped my best friend pet sit her 8 pets for the past 3 years. About: I have always been around animals whether they were my own or someone else’s. I have also shadowed at vet clinics and done kenneling briefly at a clinic. I love spending time with pets and taking care of them. I am a college student who is currently studying biology, I then plan to go to vet school. So over the summer and holiday breaks I have plenty of time to care for pets. If they are on a feeding schedule I follow that schedule. I’m also very active myself and love being out side. If it’s nice out I’ll take your animal out to play and walk.

About: I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years. I can handle small, medium, and medium large dogs. For cats, any cat breed and size I can take care of. I clean litter boxes daily and walk the dogs 2-3 times a day. I feed the animals 3 times a day as well. I'm currently job hunting before i enter college part-time so i have plenty of time to watch and take care of pets. I draw and play video games often so i either have alarms set or check the time often for when i need to fulfill the pets needs. I have a fenced backyard to let the dogs out whenever. Also a dog gate on the upstairs level to ensure the dogs doesn't wonder around when i'm not home or asleep.

About: I have a 3 year old pit and she is the best. Super energetic, loves to cuddle, loves people and other dogs, and is extremely smart. I am raising and training her myself. She knows all her basic commands like sit, stay, come, down, and heel. We have begun her off leash training! I have a 1 year old cat and a gecko. I also have experience with larger animals such as horses. I have worked with horses for about 6 years on and off. I am a recent college graduate from the College of Southern Maryland with my associate's degree in Arts and Sciences. I am able to do morning and afternoon visits and walks. It is very rare, but I am usually not available in the evening or weekends. I can also book out in advance house sitting if needed. I will administer medicine if need be, feed, and fill water bowls for drop-in visits, walks, or house sits. I can also trim nails and bathe for an extra charge. On walks, they will be no more than 30 minutes.

Hello my name is Christa, we are a military family. I was in the Navy for 7 years and my husband is currently stationed in Indian head. In the past we have owned a dachshund and a westie, so they hold a special place in our hearts, but we love all dogs. In our house your dog will be one of the family. We will give them all the love and snuggles! Must be good with children. I have a 1yo and 4yo. They are very gentle with animals but will still get in their face and want to pet them. We only watch one dog at a time. I am a stay at home mom so your pet will get lots of attention and frequent potty breaks. We also like to go on walks when the weather is not too hot. I usually bring a wagon, incase anyone gets tired. My husband is a couch potato. All dogs love him and are usually snuggling up on the couch with him in the evenings. I currently stay home with my daughter full time so we have all the time to give your fur babies the attention and love they deserve with frequent walks and love. We like to go for many walks around our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is quiet and has many walking trails nearby. We do not go out if the weather is too hot.

About: I’ve grown up with multiple dog breeds my whole life. I’ve also owned cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I have 2+ years of experience with taking care of bearded dragons and I’ve had a couple visits with snakes, specifically corn snakes. I work with any and all dogs/cats. I also like to send pics/videos of the pets to their owners daily for that reassurance that their fur baby is taken care of with the upmost care! I’m currently a full-time college student. I’m available any day and any time of the week. I’m usually available last minute as well and around holidays if needed. I currently have 4 dogs; 3 Yorkies and 1 Boarder Collie mix. They’re set on a twice per day feeding and their internal clock is set to those times. If I were to be in a clients home, I would do my best to ensure the animal stays in their routine and their feeding/medication is on schedule. They’d get plenty of play times and unlimited cuddles!

About: I have experience working with lots of pets from cats and dogs to fish and lizards! I own two cats that I have raised since they were kittens and keep my own 10 gallon aquarium. I have also raised my bearded dragon (who eats lots of bugs, so I am comfortable with anything!). I have even pet-sit for diabetic animals! I am comfortable with every animal and am willing to go the extra mile for your pets care, whether that be delivering medicines or taking them out for extra bathroom breaks! I offer the same services you provide to your pet. If you need your pet in a crate, I am comfortable doing so! If your pet eats a special diet, let me know and I will do my best to replicate your dish for your animal! I am also comfortable taking your pets on long and short walks, offering bathroom breaks, cleaning up any accidents your pet may have, and meeting any other requests for services you may have! I recently graduated from UMD with a degree in Biology (fueled by my passion for animals!). Now, I've moved back home to Southern Maryland and have a fairly flexible schedule while I transition into the workforce. I strive to take care of your animals like they are my own. My goal is to make your pets feel as comfortable as possible while their parents are away. I always strive to leave your home better than you left it, and always clean up your pets' accidents ASAP! Part of my services will include a plethora of photos and videos of your pets. I believe that this helps ensure trust and build accountability. I know I miss my pets when I am away, so I always do my best to keep clients in the loop about what their pets and I are up to while they are away - on a walk, going on a potty break, playing inside, having a treat, etc. Security is incredibly important to me too. I will never leave your home unlocked, even if your pet and I are only stepping out for a short walk. If you have home alarm systems, I would be more than happy to arm those before I leave as well. I always communicate with clients before my stay about how to secure their households and how I will return any keys as necessary after the duration of my services.
