“Rene was great! She was always on time, followed instructions, and asked questions if something was not clear. Cats liked Rene and even allowed her to brush them! Our half Ragdoll, half Persian cat needs daily brushing, and she is not always in the mood for it :)”

About: i’ve been taking care of the family animals since i was little. i wanted to be a vet growing up and even went to college for it. due to life circumstances i didn’t get to accomplish my dream. but i still spend time with animals daily in my own home so im happy. i’m currently working part time at build a bear in the mall so i have open days and weekends usually for anything you may need. i hope to work with you and find a fit in my schedule i have 3 dogs that i care for daily. feeding them and filling their water. we have a huge yard with a gate the dogs go play in daily. i sit with them for hours while they sunbathe and play.
“Aliyah takes great care of our small zoo that we have. She is really great with all animals! We don't have to worry about our kids while we are at work, she does a great job! Thanks again!!”

“Valerie, you were awesome with Jesse today!! I so appreciate your continued communication with both visits, it really calmed my heart that you were here for him. I will definitely continue to call on you as long as you're available!!!”

“Melissa was amazing doing a drop-in visit for our four doggies while we were out all day! We have one dog who is pretty shy as she was feral, and I loved seeing a photo where she actually was by Melissa! Shows us Melissa has great vibes and energy, and when the dogs approve, so do us humans! Thank you so much Melissa!!💜”

“Amy was absolutely amazing with our 3 fur babies!! She took wonderful care of them while we were away! I would definitely recommend her and will use her services again in the future!”

“Sam took such great care of Peaches and Latke! It was so nice to know they were in good hands while we were away. We definitely hope to be able to book with Sam again in the future! Thank you so so very much!”

“She was great! It was a quick turn around request but she was still able to accommodate a meet and greet with the cats before booking. Both cats loved her and she even helped out with a perishable package I got early! She took care of my cats and respected my home. She had great communication too.”

“Jhonathan was a life saver once again! Stepping in to care for my 2 Goldens with short notice. He is extremely reliable and I always receive updates and photos on my pups. I lucked out finding him!”

“That is a great addition—it shows she really understands different cat personalities, from the "spicy" ones who hate grooming to the shy ones. Here is the updated review with those details included: ### Review for Liz **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Liz provided incredible care for my three cats while I was away. It is always a bit stressful leaving a multi-cat household, but Liz handled everything with total professionalism and genuine care. She stayed on top of their specific needs, including: * **Medication & Maintenance:** She reliably administered medicine and kept the litter boxes spotless. Food and water were always fresh and topped off. * **Frank:** I loved the updates about her playing with him; she made sure he got plenty of exercise with his favorite laser toy! * **Rudy:** She even managed to give Rudy a good brushing—something he usually hates when I do it! She clearly has a magic touch. * **Ryan:** For my hider, Ryan, Liz took the time to find her every day just to lay eyes on her and make sure she was safe and doing okay. It’s clear Liz truly loves animals and respects their individual boundaries. I came home to happy, relaxed cats and a tidy home. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, patient sitter!”

Kady went above and beyond to take excellent care of my cats. She was meticulous, thorough, very caring, and definitely paid attention to the instructions. I know my cats were provided affection and attention and she sent multiple photos and detailed messages about her visits. I would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her. Such a sweet young lady who obviously loves animals.

Kady loves and knows animals and it really shows. She's very communicative and professional. Kady went above and beyond to help clean up after a cat having new litter issues. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bryans Road. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
