About: I’ve lived with and have cared for both dogs and cats since I was little, and currently have 1 dog at home. I have experience handling leash reactive dogs, and have learned from trainers on how to handle situations while out walking. I am currently in between jobs so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to walk dogs. I can walk dogs anywhere from 9 a.m up to 3 p.m. I have a fully fenced yard that overlooks a babbling creek. There is plenty of room to run around outside and play ball. When caring for dogs i make sure there is lots of play time with different toys and games that stimulate a dogs brain as well as lots of cozy space for a dog rest.

About: I have been a lifelong dog owner. I can care for a variety of pups from young and energetic to senior pups. I love to take my own dogs on my adventures throughout the Santa Cruz mountains from casual walks to long adventure runs and so I can accommodate whatever your dog needs. In my home, I treat every guest like family. My home is a safe, dog-friendly environment with a fenced yard where they can play safely. We'll follow their regular feeding schedule and I'll make sure they get plenty of exercise with daily walks, running for high-energy dogs, and lots of mental stimulation. In the evenings, it's all about cuddles and relaxation on the couch, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved. When caring for pets in a client's home, my top priority is to maintain their familiar routine. I'll adhere strictly to their feeding schedule, walking routine, and any specific commands they know. I am a total animal lover and have lots of time throughout the day to take your pup on walks, play fetch, and let them run around our spacious back yard. I now currently have a Mini Australian Shepherd who loves to play with other dogs. I am a part time teacher, so I am free after 12:30 M-F and weekends. For the months of June and July I am available any time during the day/night. Anytime I let pets out in the yard I will be out there with them to ensure they are safe and not getting out of the yard. We have a fairly large, fenced in flat back yard which is perfect for running around or playing fetch. I take my pup on two walks per day, one in the morning and the other shortly before dinner time (that is flexible for whether your dog needs more or less than that). My dog, Cooper, is a 4 year old old energetic and lovable Mini Australian Shepherd mix. He loves to play, but also loves his nap times throughout the day. He gets along with all dogs.

About: I have experience with pet sitting for friends and neighbors over the past year along with having had all different breeds of dogs growing up and enjoy their company. I love to go for walks, hikes, the beach and would love to take your dog with me. I've had to give senior dogs medication and look after them. I know how hard it is to trust someone to watch your fur baby when your away and I'm that person and I will treat them like royalty. I am home everyday at 1:00. I am ready to take your dog with me on a walk or hike. If they staying with me or I pick them up for a walk or hike. Your dog will have access to a dog run area all day long. I have a house with a large fenced in yard and your dog will have complete access to outside at all times. At this time I don't have a dog of my own, so there will be no conflict between dogs. About: I grew up with dogs, starting at the age of seven! I have learned so much in those years about how to responsibly care for dogs, while making them feel comfortable and loved. One of our family dogs was diagnosed with diabetes, so I am very comfortable giving insulin if that is something you need. After almost 18 years of living with dogs, I've also become comfortable giving eye drops, pills, etc. Aside from dogs, I have had hamsters and guinea pigs and was responsible for the entirety of their care. I also worked for an exotic veterinarian for 1 year. While I did not work with dogs but this position, it increased my confidence when it comes to working with animals in general. I now have my own dog, Remi. He has been a challenge but so wonderful. I feel confident working with very high energy dogs as I now have so much experience with one! He has inspired me to learn as much as I can about dog behavior and body language. I feel confident in support dogs and offering affection, as well as respecting their boundaries. If your dog is friendly and I am taking them for a walk, I’d love to bring my guy along but it’s not necessary! I am currently available every day of the week except Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you have need on those days, I may be able to work in the later afternoon/ early evening! I will give lots of attention! I understand that people use rover when they have to be gone for an extended period of time. So I feel it is important to make sure that I am giving your dog as much attention and love as possible. I aim to treat them as you would: focusing on their well-being and safety while also providing a fun and enriching time together.

About: i've grown up surrounded by animals, and always had a knack for taking care of them. i've worked with everything from a service dog in training to grumpy senior cats, and loved all of it. there's no odd request (like doing a dance before dinner), unique problems (like wobbly cats), or basic challenges i can't handle. i'll treat your pets like my own im currently a full time student which give me tons of flexibility in scheduling. generally speaking im available ever weekday after noon but if needed i can always make time for your furry friend! About: We have a large, fenced in, secure yard with lots of exciting smells and places to explore. Plenty of room inside our home as well, plus we both work from home, so your pet will never be left alone. My husband has been the manager of a farm at a children's summer camp for a number of years that has dogs, chickens, goats pigs and more. We’re both comfortable with administering any medications your pet might need. We work from home and have a very flexible schedule. Your pet won’t be left alone.
