About: Hi! I’m Angelika, and I absolutely love spending time with animals of all kinds. I’ve loved animals my whole life. Growing up, our family home was full of pets, from rodents like mice, guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters, to rabbits, cats, turtles, parrots, and a dog I adored who passed away three years ago. I’ve walked and cared for dogs and cats since childhood, including helping my grandmother and neighbors with their pets, walking them and spending time with them whenever needed. Right now I don’t have a pet of my own because I’m traveling a lot, but I’d love to help care for other people’s furry friends. I’m responsible, attentive, and I love spending time with animals. I’m a caregiver for my 95-year-old dad, but don’t count on my father for anything other than potty breaks for the dog. I booked Ashley for the week that I had jury duty so that my dog would get out every day for some good exercise. Jury duty did not materialize, so I was home, but still busy. Ashley came daily to pick up my dog for the time that we booked. He was happy when she picked him up every day, and he was super happy when he got home afterward. Mission accomplished! If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
