“A fabulous dog walker, or should I say "dog whisperer." Brooke treats our pooch so tenderly. Plus she has been a Godsend for us as we recovered from some injuries. Highly recommend.”
“Kayla did a great job walking our 2 dogs. She was very friendly and the dogs seemed to love her. They came back tired which is the goal. She was very flexible and eager to take on the challenge. Couldn’t be happier!”

“Alisha is amazing! Our dog, Riley loves her and loves that she get to see her everyday! Alisha sends great notes on the daily and is always willing to stop in and visit with our pup when we can’t get to her in time! Highly recommended!!!”

About: I have a large history taking care of little fur babies. I started volunteering at the animal shelter as a young age and have since worked at pet hotels, vets offices, and mostly recently for 8 years as a groomer! I have a passion for animals and can watch any kind! Having worked in many different avenues of animal care, I have a variety of background knowledge and can offer advice in many forms. I always clean up after myself and try to leave your house better than how I left it! I’m currently unemployed so I have lots of time to care for your pets! We can play, work on anxiety, or go for walks. I treat your pets like my pets! If caring in your home, your pets will follow the same routine as you have them currently on.

About: I am a responsible, loving, patient and caring person I have flexible schedule, I have a dog and I know that fresh air and excercise is essential for a healthy dog without stress. I love dogs and I'll be more than happy to help taking care of your dog. I am a Vetenerian from Guatemala, I' am working for my licence so I can work as a Veterinarian in a clinic but I have to work hard and save money to achieve it. I cannot wait to take care of your dog :) If the dog is on a treatment or he needs oral or injected medication I can help with that, I can administrate the medication. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. We are in a house with fenced yard.
“Samaya has been such a blessing! She takes my dog on her daily walk and has been there for us after my dog had surgery and needed extra TLC. When I have gone out of town Samaya has also checked in on my cats and I know that they are given all the extra attention my needy felines want! I am so thankful to have found someone who cares for my animals and who I can count on to be there when I can’t. Thank you Samaya!”

About: I am a caring, reliable animal lover who has been around animals my whole life, cats, dogs, horses, you name it. I have fostered and rescued many animals, dogs and cats specifically and am comfortable handling them no matter their temperament. I love all sizes, big, small, and in between. I have two german shepherd huskies and currently have a foster malinois mix that I am rehabbing. I’m not able to care for other animals in my home due to having a foster dog, but I am more than willing and happy to travel to yours to make sure your fur babies are happy and well taken care of. I’m currently not working and my schedule is very flexible, so I’m pretty much always available to take care of your pets! You need me, I can be there. I am a very active person and I love taking dogs on walks or even simply just cuddling on the couch if they’re a couch potato. Keeping the animals in my care perfectly happy is my biggest goal when pet sitting.
“We just brought home a corgi puppy and Tonya has been amazing with him. Super patient and loving on our new boy. She's also been able to manage any issues our old GSD has with his new baby brother.”

“Great with dogs! Respectful of all the special requests we had. Our 2 dogs have very different personalities and Alice was very good at giving each of them the differing types of care and attention they needed.”

About: I've spent close to my whole living with dogs. Constantly learning how to better train them and care for them. Besides my love for dogs, I also have extensive training in emergency training for dogs. I was also a Flight Medic for the military, which included being trained and tasked with caring for injured or sick military working dogs. While I'd never claim to be an expert in this field, you can trust that I know how to take care of your furry family members. I am currently working full time for this position until my civilian licensure in Healthcare is approved, which will take several months. I'll be available day and night, and have no problem working on the weekends if we schedule in advance. I have a fenced in yard and 3 dogs that live with my wife and I. Tucker is a chocolate lab, he's the oldest at 10. Milo and Kiwi are two high energy German Short-haired Pointers, at 4 and 2 years old. We split between fresh food and kibble, and are no strangers to giving medications to our dogs.

I also own a dog of my own named Beau. I love him to death and would do anything for him. If given the chance to care for your pet I will make sure they are loved and taken care of as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting your furbaby! I'm am available all week. About: I absolutely love dogs and I have owned them my entire life. I love to pet and play with every dog I see. Breed, size, or color does not matter; they are all cute and lovable. I know dogs need lots of love and attention especially when their owners are gone, and I will there for them to love and comfort them. I am the Administration Director at a Chick-fil-A, but I only work part time in the store, so my schedule is very flexible. I am a mom of two toddlers, but I am still watching dogs to bring in some extra income. My kids loves being around dogs! I am a dog owner myself, and I love to spoil them, so I will fulfill any special requests! I’m home with my kids everyday except Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have a flexible admin job so even on Tuesdays and Thursdays I am home most of the day unless I have an in person meeting or something. My husband also has a flexible job and can be home if I ever have to be gone longer. At my house we have a fenced in yard and a separate basement and bedroom if the dogs have to be separated. I’ll provide pictures and updates to assure you that your dog was checked on and well-loved!
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I travel frequently, so having my own pet has been hard to say yes to. But my friends semi-regularly ask me to stay at their houses to watch their animals for them, often times a week or more. I work remotely with little personal commitments in life, so it makes it easy for me to watch animals while working. When it fits with my schedule, I find enjoyment in watching animals. I'm happy to cater to your pets needs as long as you give me a schedule to follow. I'm also willing to send pictures or have a video chat with you so that you know your pets are safe and happy!
About: I have always had dogs my whole life! I have done foster care for a local rescue. So I have experience with every age dog from puppies to seniors. I will care for your dogs just like my own. I am up early and love to take the dogs on walks! I work from home so I am always available whenever the dogs need me. I have a large fenced in yard and have one friendly bouvier to keep your dogs company. I can also keep them in a crate as well. I do let them hang out with me inside.
About: I've taken care of animals since I can remember. Having experience working in a Veterinarian Office, I'm very adaptable to any animal's needs. Neighbors, friends and family all rely on my services. I'm currently enrolled into school full time. That being said I'm available at any time for your pet care needs! I'm open throughout the week and weekends. In my clients home I like to treat their pets like they're my own. I like to follow the same schedule they're usually on. If you only like them being alone a certain amount of hours throughout the day, I can accommodate to your schedule.

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Falcon. On Rover:
- 91% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
