I’ve raised a puppy of my own and have been professionally paid to house-sit and care for multiple dogs (up to five at once). I understand how to match a dog’s energy, follow routines, and create a calm, dependable environment. I'm confident with big dogs (up to 100 lbs) and always tailor my care to each pet’s personality and needs. I’m currently in a flexible, open-schedule period and available most weekdays and weekends. I can often accommodate last-minute requests and daytime visits. If your pet thrives on routine, I’m happy to set up regular visits or walks. My availability may change slightly week-to-week, but I’ll always communicate clearly and keep my calendar updated. I take pet care seriously — you’re trusting me with a member of your family, and I don’t take that lightly. I always follow your instructions closely, check gates and leashes, and make sure pets are secure, safe, and comfortable at all times. I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos during visits, so you’re never left wondering how things are going. I’m calm under pressure, and I work to create a low-stress experience for both you and your pet.

About: Hi! I have always loved animals. I have had dogs my entire life since we adopted my first dog, a black lab, from the humane society when I was 5. I have also volunteered at the humane society for many years on a regular basis. I am home full time right now and my priority is giving the animals I look after the best possible care and of course lots of love! I just want them to be happy and comfortable with me. Reach out with any questions you may have. This is my main job at the moment so I have a very flexible schedule during the week. Therefore, my number one priority is making sure your pet is happy and safe while at home or out on an adventure. I have no pets myself right now so I have a lot of time and energy to care for your dogs and cats. I have cared for many of my own pets, and they lived happy, long lives. With me, you have a trustworthy, competent, and caring animal lover.

“Ariela was brilliant, she looked after our 6 year old bulldog for 10 days. Our dog gets stressed out when boarded which leads to the dreaded bulldog skin issues every-time we go away. This was our first time booking drop in visits with Rover and it was great. Joey was looking better than ever when we returned all down to Ariela’s care. She followed his skin and eye routine and administered his medication daily. I always enjoyed getting update of him playing at the local dog park and getting lots of attention at home. I will be booking Ariela again”

About: I worked for a dog kennel for 6 months in 2020 where I fed and exercised up to 15 dogs at a time. I also worked at a horse ranch at the same time, so plenty of experience with all types of animals. I am currently an undergraduate at UC Berkeley studying Molecular Environmental Biology & Film to eventually become a veterinarian. I also have had a cat since I was 10 years old. My schedule is honestly pretty flexible, as long as I’m given a days notice. I am currently on break from my veterinary assistant job for the summer. I am sure to be respectable of other’s belongings, as well as ensure to keep constant watch over the pets. I will make sure to be attentive to any special instructions and most importantly, play with your pets.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own at home! We love spending our nights after work at the dog park or going on hikes together on the weekends. Most of my friends and neighbors ask me to take care of their pups whenever they travel and it’s something that brings me a lot of joy! I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I can take breaks and go for long or short walks throughout the day. I am most free before work, during my lunch break 1:00-2:00pm or after 5:30pm I am very attentive to the needs of each pet and make sure they feel relaxed in any situation. I have dogs of my own at home and understand the importance of keeping them leashed and safe.

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was a middle schooler. Between my family dogs and dogs who have lived in my home since then I have been responsible for at least 7 dogs, of all shapes, sizes and demeanors. I've kept moody Dachshunds, energetic Shelties, even tempered Retrievers and even rescue Pitbulls. I love hiking and getting outdoors, and bringing a canine friend along. I currently have one dog of my own, a peppy rescue mix, and he is my best friend I am available to dog/house sit very regularly. I am an ecological land designer working most days from home with the exception of days where I need to do a site visit or connect with my team in person. I can pretty much work from anywhere with a good internet connection, so most days would be able to be around in case your dog needs more frequent walks or attention. In addition to dogs I love other pets and plants! If you have house plants, a veggie garden or other plants that need some watering or attention while you're away I'll be able to help in the department as well! I work from home most days, so I am able to be flexible around a pets needs regarding feeding, walks, and medication. Ocassionally I do have to leave home for work, and that is typically up to 4 hours. We have one dog at home and since we don't have a yard, we typically take him up on the ridge to walk, or to the Red hill Dog park or San Quentin beach. These are great places to have some fun exercise
