Jovanny, Robyn, Franky, took great care of my dogs while I was at the Disney parks. They only live about 12 minutes away. I got two to three updates during the day with pictures and videos of them playing or going for walks. They were flexible with pick up and drop off times. Overall, my dogs seemed to like their stay with them and I felt comfortable that they were well taken care of. I picked up so late that they were even able to give them dinner. Thank you for the help for my dogs that probably wouldn't have done well in a boarding facility.
Elena was incredible. She started off by stopping by to meet Hollys couple days before her stay and immediately hit it off. Holly was extremely excited when I dropped her off and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable, dropping her off as I did today. Elena is very responsive, extremely polite and exhibited world class professionalism. I know who I’m trusting Holly with for future sitting.
This was Winston's first visit with someone since I adopted him 8 months ago and I was hesitant on how he would do. It didn't take long for him to warm up to Molly and it gave me the reassurance knowing not only did I choose the right sitter, but that I also chose someone who is so kind, understanding, patient and loving towards him. Our dog, Lucy, returned home after a day with Ema and three other doggie friends content and at ease. Ema was great about sending videos and pictures of Lucy throughout the day. In one picture Lucy was happily lying next to Ema, completely relaxed. Ema also took the time to ask about Lucy's habits and needs, which I appreciated.
