I was nervous about leaving Bear and Harper with strangers. At first meeting with Robyn and Jovanny, I felt like they were wonderful new friends. Normally when I leave Bear and Harper with family, they are always pulling at the leash to get in the car for home. When I arrived to pick them up , there was no pulling at leash to go home. Instead they were relaxed and calm, even fell asleep in the backseat going home. Robyn and Jovanny will always be my new Rover family. If you have the opportunity to leave your dear pet/s, please check with Robyn and Jovanny first. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Robyn and Jovanny from the bottom of my heart.
Jovany and Robyn had great communication. They let me know when my dog was having a hard time taking his pills and went out of their way to try to ensure his wellbeing. I appreciate how much they cared for Jax.
Robyn and Jovanny are some of the kindest people I’ve met and took absolutely amazing care of Azula. They sent so many videos and pictures of my sweet girl showing that she was getting a ton of love and attention. I’m so grateful for them for being so accommodating last minute and for going above and beyond. 100% recommend and will be asking them to sit for me again.
This was my dogs first time staying overnight with someone and he seemed like he had a great time and was well taken care of ! 😊
We are beyond shocked at how kind and accommodating Robyn and Jovanny are. We needed a pet sitter very last minute and they went above and beyond to help us. They took great care of our two 50-70lbs dogs all day while we were out at Disneyland. Would 100% recommend.
Jovanny and Robyn have watched our Remy girl a few times now and are amazing! We were originally pretty nervous about leaving our dog with a sitter, but now we feel nothing but peace of mind when leaving Remy with them. They send photos and videos multiple times a day. This past time was during Christmas, and they even gave her some Christmas gifts! So cute!😭 They do an excellent job following any instructions you might have and ask if there are any updates/changes every time they watch her. Remy is always so excited to see them when we drop her off, which lets us know they take great care of her and give her all the love when she’s at their place :) highly recommend to any other dog parents out there!

Schedule
Currently, Jovanny has a free schedule where he is very flexible. Robyn works remotely which can provide more support for the care of the pets. Feel free to reach out to us regarding questions about the schedule!

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Ensuring the safety of the pet includes: watching what they eat (no trash/ dangerous food items on the ground), and how they react in situations/ irregular movement or breathing. Trust: When first meeting the pet they have to adjust to me, so letting them come to me rather than approaching the pet to develop a bond/trust between us. If they are frightened and fearful of me then the trust may be difficult to develop on the first day. Environment: Being cautious about other animals in the area, people, cars, and allergies depending on each pet.
A typical day
Explore areas of the neighborhood or parks. Play games such as catch, tug of war, and water activities. These activities can support them physically, and mentally and are games they may enjoy.
