But if your dog is cat friendly, I don’t mind letting them interact a bit. My senior cat is just a little freaked out by high energy dogs but she calms down after a bit. My younger cat is probably more open to dogs, she’s very friendly and mellow. Either way, I’m happy to accommodate! I drop my 3 kids off at school Monday-Friday and I am done with that around 8:30am. I pick up my youngest at 1:40 and my middle child at 3pm. So I will have about 4 hours each day until pick up my youngest. I am also available most weekends. About: I have taken care of my neighbors’ and family friends dogs since 2015 ranging from English bulldog to Chihuahua to full size labradoodles. I have also cared for my own dogs. I am currently working part-time Monday-Thursday and am available after 3pm. I am fully available on Fridays. I work 1 weekend day which does fluctuate between Saturday and Sunday depending on the week - on that work day, I am available before 9:30am and after 6:30pm. She worked with my schedule, kept me updated, and sent so many wonderful photos, which made me feel so much better. I was especially nervous because it was the 4th of July and my dogs are terrified of fireworks, but Holly stayed with them, comforted them, took them on multiple walks, and gave them lots of cuddles. It really helped keep both me and my dogs at ease. Usually when I leave my dogs somewhere, they get so anxious that they won’t even eat. I was so happy (and honestly surprised!) that they ate all of their food. From the moment I dropped them off to the moment I picked them up, I’ve never seen them so happy while being away from me. “I’m fairly particular about who gets to care for my furbaby, and to be honest, I rarely trust online reviews. Actually, who am I kidding…I am VERY picky and have trust issues when it comes to finding the right care for my dog. I read at least 50 different reviews of other sitters/pet resorts and did my research. But from the moment I met Wen and she met Clover, I knew I could relax! She has this perfect mix of sweet and gentle caregiving combined with genuine pet-person energy. This was especially important because we were heading to Europe, so I needed absolute certainty when it came to Clover’s care. Not to mention, Clover is 80lbs of Irish doodle playfulness and pizazz. 😜 Wen provided daily updates and adorable photos, always keeping us in the loop. She carefully followed Clover’s diet and exercise routine. From the photos, it was obvious Clover felt right at home and quickly became part of Wen’s family. She even checked in after we returned to see how Clover was adjusting. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing—Wen exceeded every expectation. 100% booking again.”
