I live with my own dog, Sam, who is reactive to other animals, so I cannot bring pets into my home — but this also means I understand how to work calmly and respectfully with dogs that may need space or structure. I’m confident handling leash reactivity, high-energy dogs, and special instructions.

About: I grew with a 60lb English Bulldog who had a rambunctious spirit. With him I learned the special needs from particular breeds. Later I had a 5 lb Yorkie. She was a sweetheart that wanted nothing more than to be by your side. They were the best around. I am happy to walk your dog(s), run them in the yard, or spend time with them indoors to break up the time they spend alone. I’m also happy to stop by to feed your cats and give them some one on on time. I like to work within my community. It builds trust between both parties. I’m a college student continuing in the fall. My hours are flexible until then. While I don’t house your pets, I am able to tend to them in your home. I can check a litter box, handle feedings, play with them, and run them in your fenced yard. I’m happy to walk them through their neighborhood or to take them for long walks to a local park. We can tailor the visit to their specific needs.

About: I live in Edison Park, but work in McCook/Chicago during the day/week or sometimes from home. I manage my time really well, so I can make anything early in the morning,/on my lunch break work- plus weekends or after work. I have always had dogs my entire life. I grew up with a chocolate lab mix, then when she passed away my family got a three legged black lab and a chesapeake bay retriever. Then, when I was in college, a chocolate lab climbed into my car and after months of trying to find his owners, I decided to keep him. Those puppies have since passed, but our family has 2 giant black labs currently. I’ve also had 4 Guinea Pigs who I loved dearly. I currently work from home part of the time and love four legged angels (sometimes 3, I had a 3 legged dog growing up). I am available in the early mornings, evenings and on the weekends consistently, but can work out weekday daytime availability with advanced notice. I make sure the animals all have the appropriate food/water setups at all times (per owners instructions depending on pet’s specific needs), as well as making sure the temperature is comfortable for the pet. I prioritize exercise and bathroom breaks for each pet. There is never a lack of social interaction when I am around. Pretty much, I view pets as family and think they deserve the best. If they have specific requirements, I will always follow whatever rules the owner requests and talk through any concerns before booking.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve cared for and walked all types of dogs, from small breeds to large dogs up to 80 pounds, old and young. Friends, family and neighbors trust me because I have a calm, caring energy that dogs naturally respond to. I’m dependable, loving and treat every pet as if they were my own. I am currently retired and home most of the time, so your pet will receive lots of attention, affection and frequent walks. I truly treat every fur baby as if they were my own. I live in an apartment, so walks and outdoor breaks are frequent. When house sitting, I always follow the owner’s instructions to keep pets comfortable and routines consistent.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life! From neighbors to friends/family! It’s my favorite and brings me so much happiness! That’s why I currently own two small dogs. Im currently a stay at home mom and would love to host some different pups! My two schnauzers love making friends. It would be awesome for everyone! About: I’ve had dogs in my household since I was 4 years old and all of my family has dogs. I currently own a Great Dane so I’m comfortable walking or watching any size dog. I love all types of dogs big or small! I’ve spent time letting out dogs for friends and family and have also volunteered at a pet shelter giving dogs walks. I am not working right now so my schedule is very flexible. I currently take care of one family of dogs for an hour in the afternoons otherwise I’m available the rest of the day to let dogs out or take them for walks. I would be able to come to the client’s home to let the dogs out or take them for a walk if that is what is asked.
