We were given updates with pics and videos multiple times a day which eased all our minds at leaving our 4 legged family member while we were on a ski trip. Joe is clearly knowledgeable on how to acclimate a dog to new surroundings and caretaker. We appreciate his insight as a certified dog trainer; we are lucky to have been connected to him and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

I didn't have to spend even a second wondering how Iris was doing, as she kept me up to date with her walks, meals, and even trips to the park. (She even sent lovely photos of Iris snuggling under the covers!) You can tell Donna has had a ton of dog experience. Iris can be very slow to warm to folks and can be a bit nervous, but she instantly hit it off with Donna. This was my first time leaving Iris with someone other than family, and I truly can't thank Donna enough for putting any anxiousness at ease--Iris's or mine. ;) Thank you so, so, so much, Donna!”
