We had a short meet-and-greet to make sure our dogs seemed compatible, and then I was very comfortable leaving Lou with her. She put me at ease with a picture right away and throughout his stay. It was easy to communicate with her about things that were happening or that she had questions about. I would definitely trust Lauren again for boarding and other services.”

They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”
