“M.K. And their partner are always fantastic! They are always so accommodating to late requests and time changes. Sprout has stayed with them for day care and boarding when we were out of town. I plan to use them when we go on a Europe trip later this year. While I do think there could be a bit better communication I also recognize that M.K has a life too and I think that a lot of these reviews fail to see M.K. as a human just as we her clients are. So ultimately I don’t see any negatives to having my boy, Sprout, stay with them. I really cannot say enough high praises about M.K and their partner. Sprout is always super excited to see them! He always comes home well socialized and exercised. I know he is getting plenty of enrichment and love while there, and so so much fun! I love the photos I get everytime he’s with them, especially when he’s boarded there while we are out of town missing him! The daily photos really gives us assurance. Sprout is a very energetic dog and I truly feel that they are able to help him get all of his energy out in a healthy fun way. I’ve tried other dog day cares before and sprout always came back filthy and TOO exhausted, it was worrisome. He’d come back with wounds as well. I never have to worry about any of that with M.K. They are able to help my boy pace himself and take rests when he needs them. I really feel that the negative reviews are harsh. I cannot recommend M.K. Enough and I am incredibly grateful we have found them! We and Sprout will definitely be a life client!”

“Amber was kind patient and attentive to our two frenchies. She is an experienced pet sitter and listens to your details with an active attitude. She has all the things a healthy happy pup could want from toys to a yard to safety gates and fuzzy beds. We appreciate that she was flexible on last minute pick up changes. Thank you Amber!”

“My dog is eager walking in Matti’s door when I drop her off, which is an obvious sign to me that she enjoys her stays there! I am also so appreciative of accommodations with last-minute requests as my work schedule changes abruptly. Lastly, transparency is a priority for Matti and that’s huge for me. Highly recommend! :)”

“Genny is terrific! I requested her services last min and lucky for Hank and I she was available! Hank had a great time with her dog and was very tired from playing. She sent pictures and had great communication. I recommend Genny completely and will have her watch Hank again.”

“Ivette did an amazing job watching my dog! She was reliable, caring, and kept me updated the whole time. My pup was happy, well taken care of, and clearly loved being with her. I would absolutely recommend Ivette to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Nicki was fantastic! She was able to watch Leo last minute and sent updates throughout the day. When my bf went to pick him up he said Leo was calm and not to excited to see him, which means Leo enjoyed his day. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone and use her again!”

About: I open my home and my heart to the dogs I care for. 🐾 Here, your pup isn’t just a guest—they’re family. They’ll have a cozy place to rest, loving attention, and plenty of playtime and cuddles. I do my best to follow their routines so they feel safe and understood. While you’re away, I’ll make sure your dog feels loved, comforted, and truly at home. I work from home and on my schedule. My dogs get yard play every few hours with me and have access to the yard at their convenience. I take my dogs on walks every week. Fenced yard, free access to the back yard. I play with them on a daily basis. They have access to the whole house. They are happy and your doggie will be as well. Home away from home.
“Sarah was amazing from start to finish with the whole process. This was our first time using Rover and letting our 16 week old puppy stay with someone else. She sent plenty of pictures and updates to help us feel at ease. Would highly recommend and definitely will use her again to watch Loki.”

“We are travelling from Texas to Utah and ski resorts don't allow pets on the ski area so we need some place safe for our fur baby. Gracie did an amazing job and treated our pet as her own. She constantly updates us and that reduces our anxiety. Highly recommended 👌 very professional. She can accommodate unneutered 🐕 pet”

About: I own a 7 y/o Shih Tzu/Yorkie, a 3 y/o Shih Tzu, and a 12y/o mini poodle! My family has owned dogs from 8 lbs to 130 lbs! We love all furry friends and accept them as they are, whether they drool, jump, or talk! My dream breed to own is a giant breed (Irish Wolfhound!) but regardless of breed, they’re special to me! I love taking dogs to places they can run around and really enjoy time outside! I have worked as a Medical Assistant, in dog boarding, and as a professional dog groomer! I believe in “Positive Reinforcement” and Fear Free training training methods and like to keep up to date on current training methods for personal use! I am also more than happy to help with bath time or reinforcing anything you’re working on with them! I love reading about Canine Enrichment activities and I love watching them figure it out. I am passionate about dogs and would love to meet yours! Dog time is my self care time so I love filling my time with dog interaction, walks, and puppy snuggles! I have a grooming salon in my home, and generally am around :) I was exhausted as a little dog owner with every boarding environment being targeted for big dog enjoyment! My environment is meant for the little dogs, and they know it! I keep beds with blankets in every nook and cranny for every type of snuggler. They have access to furniture, and have every variety of space to settle they need! There are a couple open kennels (always open) that my dog don’t care to go near for those who like their den.
“Michelle took great care of our little diva. She took the time to get to know her and made sure she kept up with her usual schedule. It’s never easy entrusting your little babies to a new sitter but Michelle eased our minds and communicated throughout the day. Luna tuna was happy and tired when she got home. We would definitely be booking her again”

“My dog, Cooper, loved being at Diana's and playing with her dogs. Diana was very attentive and kept me updated with messages and pictures. Cooper was very happy when I picked him up and I know that I can trust Diana to take excellent care of my dog for future visits!”

“Cannot recommend Silvana enough! She is fantastic with my pup and I almost think he likes her more than me. She is very caring and attentive. She also sends picture/video updates throughout the day so you can see how much fun your pup is having. Your companion will surely be pampered and in great hands with Silvana.”

“Michael was the first Rover walker we left our new shelter puppy with and he was great. All he wanted to do was make sure our dog was happy and having fun. He even sat down with her outside on the sidewalk as we were leaving to help her feel safe and comfortable. We definitely plan to use his services again.”

“Austin was lovely with Marv from the moment they met and made him feel safe and comfortable on back to back all day stays. My little guy was definitely happy to see me but he wasn’t stressed and desperate like he sometimes is when i leave him somewhere that he doesn’t feel comfortable in. Very grateful for the updates also and that Austin has a couple of kind dogs of his own.”

Holly is AMAZING!!! we really lucked out finding her, we came to SLC for a tennis tournament and I contacted Holly on a very short notice and she was able to accommodate us, as soon as I met Holly I knew Junior was in good hands, and I wasn’t wrong! Junior was so so happy the first day he spend at Holly’s home and the second day he was soooo excited to come back! she treated him like he was her own dog and I LOOVE that, I know my dog Junior got all the love, all the play and care I was looking for. So so thankful, we are never looking for another dog sitter in Salt Lake, she is the absolute best! 🫶🙌🏻

Matthew was great with Noodle. I was having a difficult time finding someone that I felt I could trust because Noodle is still in puppy mode a lot of the time and hadn't learned proper social etiquette with other dogs yet. Matthew was willing to take him on, sent lots of pictures showing my young dog was doing fine. I would definitely use Matthew again.
