His yard is sizable and fenced, which mattered given that his home sits directly off a busy main road. One thing I'd recommend: ask upfront how often you'd like pup updates. This was my first time with Logan, and I prefer proactive updates, so my lesson learned for next time is to communicate that expectation before the stay starts. To his credit, Logan was responsive whenever I reached out. Logan also let me know he doesn't walk dogs due to the busy road in front of his home, which seemed different from what the profile implied about a nearby trail. Theo came back noticeably dustier and very thirsty than usual, and given his Addison's disease along with all the above, I decided it wasn't the right fit to move from a day care session into a 5 night stay. Overall a kind sitter, but I'd suggest a test day care visit first to see the space and get a feel for the care before committing to a longer stay.”

My dogs get yard play every few hours with me and have access to the yard at their convenience. I take my dogs on walks every week. Fenced yard, free access to the back yard. I play with them on a daily basis. They have access to the whole house. They are happy and your doggie will be as well. Home away from home.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a kid. My own pets, friends pets and, family pets. I have a calm personality that tends to make them feel safe and secure, and I can provide lots of love and snuggles to make sure that they feel taken care of. I am currently a stay at home, mom. I am home every day except for routine errands and or appointments for my kids. There will be plenty of bathroom breaks, walks and belly rubs. I have a large fenced yard and a pup of my own who loves to play. We are also able to crate your dog if that is preferred or they are welcome to snuggle up on a dog bed next to mine.
About: My family has always had a dog. Since I was young I’ve helped care for them. Now I‘ve had a dog of my own since 2020 and I love her to death. I house trained her myself and taught her a few tricks. She loves going on hikes, swimming and playing fetch. She’s extremely spoiled. I work from home full time so will be with the dogs all days long. My schedule is very flexible so I can take them for walks and bathroom breaks as often as needed. I have a 6 year old female dog who is very calm and will keep your dog company. I have a long leash out back that I can let the dogs out and keep them close to the house. It’s not fenced but it is private.
About: I've been with Rover for a few years and i just love it! I've taken care of cats, dogs and even chickens. It's a place great way to meet critters. Not experienced in training, sadly. I'm currently looking for a part time job. So I have plenty of time playing with your fur babies. I am currently available for doggy day care as well. Took such great care of them and I love that she updated me and filled out the rover card at the end! There was some confusion about the pick up time between my partner and I and they were picked up late and she was so nice and flexible about that as well! Would definitely recommend!!
Holly is AMAZING!!! we really lucked out finding her, we came to SLC for a tennis tournament and I contacted Holly on a very short notice and she was able to accommodate us, as soon as I met Holly I knew Junior was in good hands, and I wasn’t wrong! Junior was so so happy the first day he spend at Holly’s home and the second day he was soooo excited to come back! she treated him like he was her own dog and I LOOVE that, I know my dog Junior got all the love, all the play and care I was looking for. So so thankful, we are never looking for another dog sitter in Salt Lake, she is the absolute best! 🫶🙌🏻
Matthew was great with Noodle. I was having a difficult time finding someone that I felt I could trust because Noodle is still in puppy mode a lot of the time and hadn't learned proper social etiquette with other dogs yet. Matthew was willing to take him on, sent lots of pictures showing my young dog was doing fine. I would definitely use Matthew again.
