“Kilie was a wonderful pet-sitter who put our minds at ease as first-time Rover users. She was exceptionally accommodating of our cats’ early morning and late evening mealtime schedule in order to minimize disruption to their routine while we were out of town for a week. All of Kilie’s communication was prompt and friendly, and we could tell she understood our two cats’ distinct personalities and needs while in her care. All-around wonderful experience, and we will definitely seek her out again in the future!”

“Isabel is a wonderful and empathetic person who pays a lot of attention to animals. She helped me with Fred, a chocolate Labrador who lived with me until recently and Wolfe, the German Shepherd in my care now. Both dogs eat a diet of raw meat only, and require at least 2 walks a day. The Fred was very food motivated, and always enjoyed getting treats for doing tricks. One thing that Isabel taught me that I didn't even realize is that he sneezed whenever he was excited, especially when he knew it was 'treat time'. She also took great care of Wolfe, who is a very energetic and playful dog, and played with him even more than I do when she took care of him. She also was eager to help maintain his training when I mentioned some of the tricks he knew, but didn't really ask her to take care of and even expressed interest in teaching him to find treats. She also taught me how to wrap treats In a towel to keep his busy brain active. I've been impressed with her enthusiasm for animal care and her willingness to go above and beyond for the animals to meet their needs. I would highly reccomend her to take care of your animals.”

“From the moment I met Annie, I knew that my babies were in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about the level of service and care our kitties received from Annie!! This was a completely worry-free experience. She was very quick to respond and made sure that she communicated her visits with me… and she sent me lots of pics of my babies while I was away. My only regret is that I discovered Annie on our last trip before moving away from Syracuse. ? Her service even went beyond caring for our fur babies… We had an issue when we got stuck at the border because we forgot one proof of vaccination card at home. Annie literally saved us 4 hours of driving on Christmas Eve by driving back to our house and taking a pic of the vaccination card and texting it to me (Border patrol was kind enough to accept a pic of the card). Were it not for her, we would’ve had to drive all the way back home to get the card and then all the way back to the border. She was so willing to help us in our time of need. Thank you, Annie!! You have a wonderful heart! If you ever move to Charlotte, pleeeeeease let me know… I would love to have you take care of my babies again!”
