Pets are a big part of my life and my heart. I’ve been the lucky owner of 2 dogs and 3 cats over the years. I have cared for my pets through all their seasons, in the playful days of youth and the slower days of elderly/sick pet care. My pet fam has included: (1) a big and goofy, but anxious, rescue dog who needed my help to find confidence and feel safe, (2) a fiesty, clever rescue jack russell mix who requires lots of exercise, tons of snuggles, and consistent boundaries, (3) a dignified elderly cat who has never done anything wrong in his entire life, (4) a sweet little grey cat who passed away much too young from a terminal illness, but who was timid and loving and gave me experience providing at-home medical cat care, and (5) a teenage tomcat who is still learning the rules of the house. In addition to caring for my own pets, I am often asked to care for my family and friends' pets because they know I am reliable and that I will send them pictures of their little critters. With my own crew, I have learned that every animal has their own quirks. I will be very responsive to the information you share with me about your pets. I want to make them as comfortable as possible and you know them best!
