About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs, including feeding, providing fresh water, and ensuring they get regular exercise through walks. I have looked after my friends dog on multiple occasions, taking responsibility for their daily needs and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Sarah did such a good job of taking care of my cat that when I got home he acted like he didn’t even notice I was gone ! She was extremely helpful not only in taking care of my baby but also with household things like taking out the trash and bringing in packages! I would definitely recommend her to any cat parents!
Ciarra did a great job taking care of Cleo!! She responded right away after our Rover request. Ciarra did drop ins for our elderly cat that needed medications while we were on vacation. Shaz was absolutely amazing! I love how she had no problem feeding my ferals for me as well as my 4 kitties who are usually shy around strangers. The photos she sent made me feel at ease seeing my Miney-Moo enjoying some scratches and rubbing her face against whatever corner she could find. I loved seeing my Nala girl having fun and playing in the pics. My kitties looked so relaxed and content. Dante looked so cute chilling by her feet. I felt bad when I forgot to mention that Dante wheezes when he's mad. Shaz was super concerned which I appreciated her checking in and alerting me :)
Thank you again to Ginnie for taking care of our two cats. They both need a little extra care with their food because of medicine and sensitive tummy issues and Ginnie took care of that. She also was able to water our 3 outdoor potted plants which we really appreciated!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
