About: I was that teenager growing up who never wanted to babysit, so I was the neighborhood pet sitter. As soon as I was living on my own, I adopted my first rescue pup. Today, my fiancé and I have three rescue dogs and two rescue cats. When I'm not with my dogs, I'm working full-time at a local college teaching writing. I have a Ph.D. in education, and wrote a dissertation that focused on how canine-assisted reading programs can support children's literacy development. I am an active member of Pet Partners CNY, a local therapy animal organization. Olive is a certified therapy dog, and together we visit local schools and other facilities. I also have a small petwear business up and running where I make handmade pet wear (oliveandelishop) - we make appearances at local craft shows and markets. My life is centered around my love for animals and I look forward to spoiling yours! I do work full time, but I am committed to making sure your pets are happy and comfortable while you are away. I can provide morning care, make sure they are settled before I leave for work, and then be home mid-afternoon to spend the rest of the day and evening with them. I am willing to follow any protocols/routines you have in place to ensure your pet sticks to their routine and that they are safe and happy.

I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 30 years and have experience with intervertebral disc disease, expressing bladder’s, administering medications orally, physical therapy and CPR. About: I have had a variety of breeds and rescue dogs my whole life. I have raised and trained several huskies and currently have two male husky’s and one pit-bull/rottweiler/lab mix (she’s 70lbs and still thinks she’s a lap dog). I often pet sit for friends and family and have been called a “dog whisper” jokingly since I was young since I have never met a dog I didn’t love and get along with. I currently work 8-4 and am looking for times in the evenings and on weekends to help support other pet parents. I have my own source of transportation to be as flexible as possible. I am comfortable, going to other pet owners homes taking their dogs on walks or playing in a fence yard, and even managing more than one dog at a time

About: I have experience with dogs for almost 40 years. I also have experience with cats and birds. I have had puppies through their senior years as well as taking some older dogs through the rescue that I work with. I am experienced with giving medication as well as any other needs they may have. I have experience cat sitting for family and they have special diets as well as medicine given twice a day. I am a teacher so will have the summer off to help throughout the day as well as evenings and weekends. I can come to your house, or have them come to mine. My pets, 3 dogs and a bird, are quite literally part of my family. They are allowed everywhere in my home. I treat all animals as though they are one of my own. I have experience with giving medication or special diets as needed. When I have pet sit for other’s I always will do anything requested. I am more than willing to send photos if requested.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets and owning dogs (& cats) since I was 15 . I also took dog training classes in Germany . Over the past years I’ve watched friends and coworkers puppies , family and friends cats and did take in some dogs from military friends for vacation ! Our dogs are super friendly with all other pets ! Cats as well as dogs - all sizes! ( they love smaller dogs as a matter of fact!) Currently I’m a stay at home mom with a 3 month old baby! I offer mostly going for walks for busy dog parents during the day (: If you request boarding: We prefer meeting up with the dogs once or twice before taking them in to make sure they get along. Our puppies love smaller dogs ! I have a fenced yard and a house , my puppies are both friendly with others. If needed or asked to, I can separate the dogs or keep in a crate .
