About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. About: I live in Strathmore and work downtown. My absolute favorite things in life are my sons (who are amazing human beings!) and animals. Now that my sons are independent and out of the house, I enjoy being around and caring for animals. I have experience with all kinds of animals (e.g., dogs, cats, tarantulas, snakes, insects, and more). And I have had and loved dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from mini dachshunds with serious Napoleon complexes to larger-than-life Rottweilers and Great Danes.
