About: Hi there! I’ve been dedicated to working with animals since I was 16, earning my Veterinary Technician license while in high school in Texas. Over the years, my deep interest in canine behavior led me to manage dog daycares and boarding facilities, as well as shadow experienced dog trainers. When I’m not caring for pets, you can usually find me immersed in my favorite hobby-handling and competing with dogs in conformation shows! With my veterinary background, I bring both clinical confidence and behavioral understanding to every visit. I am completely comfortable administering oral or injectable medications, following precise routines, and managing special needs. Having personally cared for an epileptic dog, I am well-versed in seizure protocols and know how to keep pups calm, safe, and supported. I work full-time during the week but am available to care for your dog from Saturday through Monday. Weekends typically involve nature hikes on various trails, allowing all the dogs to explore new scents and enjoy the outdoors. My dogs are my weekend companions, and your pup will become part of our pack on these adventures. I'm passionate about providing dogs with enriching experiences, and I'm confident your dog will have a fun and fulfilling time with us. I don't have a fenced-in yard, but we do monitor the dogs carefully when they are outside. Depending on the dog, we would either walk them on a leash or allow them to explore under close supervision. We have a crate available if needed, but you are more than welcome to bring your dog's own crate if they feel more comfortable in it. Dogs are welcome on furniture, beds, and throughout the house. Our home is completely dog-friendly.

I currently have my own dog, who I adopted as a puppy while I was in college and is now 4 years old. The neighborhood is safe and very pet-friendly. I’m attentive to maintaining each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications or special care needs. I make sure pets receive both physical activity and plenty of attention and affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize consistency and respect for your space. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and maintain your pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I’m also willing to travel or make special trips if your dog attends daycare, has a preferred park, or enjoys a specific walking route. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable and cared for as possible, wherever they are.
