Over the years, my deep interest in canine behavior led me to manage dog daycares and boarding facilities, as well as shadow experienced dog trainers. When I’m not caring for pets, you can usually find me immersed in my favorite hobby-handling and competing with dogs in conformation shows! With my veterinary background, I bring both clinical confidence and behavioral understanding to every visit. I am completely comfortable administering oral or injectable medications, following precise routines, and managing special needs. Having personally cared for an epileptic dog, I am well-versed in seizure protocols and know how to keep pups calm, safe, and supported. I work full-time during the week but am available to care for your dog from Saturday through Monday. Weekends typically involve nature hikes on various trails, allowing all the dogs to explore new scents and enjoy the outdoors. My dogs are my weekend companions, and your pup will become part of our pack on these adventures. I'm passionate about providing dogs with enriching experiences, and I'm confident your dog will have a fun and fulfilling time with us. I don't have a fenced-in yard, but we do monitor the dogs carefully when they are outside. Depending on the dog, we would either walk them on a leash or allow them to explore under close supervision. We have a crate available if needed, but you are more than welcome to bring your dog's own crate if they feel more comfortable in it. Dogs are welcome on furniture, beds, and throughout the house. Our home is completely dog-friendly.

We could not have found a better place for Roscoe to be. He had a wonderful week at Sherri's. This was our second time leaving our Monchichi with Kelsey, and for a longer time. He truly loves being with her and all the activities he had during his 3 night stay! We love how she takes such good care of him and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. He came back home happy and we know he enjoyed his time with her. It’s also great that she sent us regular updates and pictures and videos of him. We will definitely only have Kelsey watch him and we highly recommend her high level of service!
