About: I grew up with pets. We had: cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc. I then worked at a doggy daycare. My knowledge and experience is top knotch. About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. So whether you have a puppy with some aggression issues, a husky that needs a run, a diabetic cat, fish to be fed and admired, or an stinky old man dog that just needs to be sung to and told he's a good boy I am here to serve. I have two cats personally, they run the household and tell me what to do. They eat twice a day, get their boxes cleaned daily, and petted and played when they decide. Monday- Thursday I am available for pet visits from 10:30-2:30 and again from 5-9 pm Fridays - I am available from 10:30-1:00 for visits Weekends-vary During daycare hours I will always be in the home with your pet unless we are going on an outing together. Play, snacks, walks, songs, and naps will be provided daily. I do have two cats, who will probably stay out of the way, but cat friendly creatures are always preferred.

I trained her and took her on long walks in Green Lakes State Park in Upstate NY (my hometown) her whole life. Now, I have a hole in my heart and would love to fill it with some new energy. I just started my new job as a Coastal Resiliency Planner and Environmental Engineer after graduate school in Europe for three years. Now I could use an excuse to exercise everyday! This was our second time leaving our Monchichi with Kelsey, and for a longer time. He truly loves being with her and all the activities he had during his 3 night stay! We love how she takes such good care of him and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. He came back home happy and we know he enjoyed his time with her. It’s also great that she sent us regular updates and pictures and videos of him. We will definitely only have Kelsey watch him and we highly recommend her high level of service!
