About: I’ve had pets since I was a child. Dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds - you name it. I’ve always been an animal lover and even wanted to be a veterinarian until I found out was euthanasia is. In my adolescence, I began pet sitting and volunteering with the SPCA (where we adopted all of our pets); small and big dogs, and sometimes multiple at a time. I started to experiment with training and enjoyed teaching tricks and obedience commands. When I turned 19, I inherited my family dog, Rocco, and we became best friends. My favorite memories from those years are taking him to parks and reserves across New York State. In 2025, he got sick and I learned a lot from taking care of him through the end of his life. It was important to me that he felt like a happy, special dog during his last days because he filled my life with so much joy. The day before his euthanasia, I invited everyone who knew him to celebrate his life. He was showered in presents and treats and cuddles and surrounded by humans he loved. Animals share such unique bonds with us. Now, I am looking for opportunities to share my love of animals through Rover. I hope you consider me as your next pet sitter. I am available! My best times are evenings and weekends, with sporadic availability midday during the week. I work 8-4 Monday through Thursday at a local farm collective in Kirkville and a community garden in South Syracuse. In my free time, I enjoy making art in all kinds of media and being outside. I am looking to spend my time with animals and make their lives happy and bright! Trust and safety is my utmost priority. Through many years of being around different animals, I learned the important of an initial bond based in trust and respect. I hold myself with strength and create an energy of a safe and inviting environment. I am able to gauge an animal’s personality and demeanor, and adjust accordingly. For pets that love to play, I am always happy to bring out my goofy and fun-loving side. For more reserved companions, I enjoy taking things slow and doing calmer activities. Our Dogs understand boundaries and also when space is needed. every dog has a different personality. all 3 dogs were adopted under 1 year old and are very socialized with other dogs. social ques are extremely important to us thus why we take are time with are meet and greet process.

About: I’ve been take care of my own dog for the past few years and have previously dogs sat. It was definitely a learning curve but I love keeping them happy and healthy! I’m currently open for dog walking on the weekends or after work as I currently work until 5 during the week. Any time with pups would be lovely. I always make it a point to treat other people better than I’d want to be treated, which includes your animals and any of your belongings.

Hannah has been super with our 2 dachshunds and 3 cats. She has been pet sitting for a couple of years with daily visits along with overnight stays when we’ve gone out of town. One of our dachshunds is very timid and guarded but warmed up to her very quickly. She even visited one day when the other dachshund chewed through the water line to a toilet and flooded the bathroom. She turned off the water and then sent us videos of what happened. Could have been so much worse if it weren’t for Hannah. We highly recommend Hannah for your pet sitting needs.
Alyssa is doing a wonderful job with my anxious chihuahua! She has been so accommodating and has been willing to go slow to help him adjust. He usually takes many repeat introductions before he is ok with anyone new, but he absolutely adored her starting from the very first visit!
