Highlights
Pet care experience
Over two decades of experience!
Since I was a small kid dogs have ruled my world. My family has rescued dogs ranging in size from a Basset Hound to an English Mastiff. Into my adulthood I began dog sitting and dog walking along with volunteering at the ASPCA and local rescues. Eventually I ended up working at a dog daycare and boarding facility. I worked at two different facilities for a span of 10 years. My days were filled with a multitude of different things. Everything from simple training, pack handling, staying overnight with boarding dogs, basic grooming and "brain games". After I left I continued volunteering my time with local rescue groups and dog sitting for family and friends. With my years of experience I am confident that I can provide top notch care for your pets. I have administered medication of all kinds, followed strict dietary needs, worked with dogs who needed to be crated, dogs with anxiety and more. I like to form a bond with the dog so they trust me fully and so will you!

Ratings and reviews
Alyssa took excellent care of our dog, Rosie, and our home while we were away. We absolutely loved the daily updates and pictures. We returned home to a calm, happy pup and a clean house. We would recommend Alyssa and hope to book again in the future!

Alyssa was wonderful—responsive, patient, and skillful in winning over our very particular little dog.
First and foremost, the dogs were happy healthy and well looks after by Alyssa. She was the perfect amount of, for me, updates on how my boys were doing. As an added bonus I think somehow my house was in better shape than when I left. She is very trustworthy and wouldn't hesitate to have her stay with my boys again!!

Alyssa is doing a wonderful job with my anxious chihuahua! She has been so accommodating and has been willing to go slow to help him adjust. He usually takes many repeat introductions before he is ok with anyone new, but he absolutely adored her starting from the very first visit!

Alyssa did a wonderful job with Chicken!! -- especially given her special needs. I appreciate the communication and pictures/videos that Alyssa sent. Given that Chicken is an older cat and has some vision issues, it was nice to know that she was well taken care of. Thank you Alyssa!!!

Alyssa was super helpful and took good care of everything. Appreciate her going above and beyond.
