About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I live in a single story, ranch house that has a fully fenced back yard. I do not have children at home that we would need to worry about and I'm very respectful if needed to go into a client's home. About: I’ve been taking care of pets and owning dogs (& cats) since I was 15 . I also took dog training classes in Germany . Over the past years I’ve watched friends and coworkers puppies , family and friends cats and did take in some dogs from military friends for vacation ! Our dogs are super friendly with all other pets ! Cats as well as dogs - all sizes! ( they love smaller dogs as a matter of fact!) Currently I’m a stay at home mom with a 13 month old baby! About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: I've been taking care of animals since 7th grade. My family had their own dog and I used to care for animals around the neighborhood including cats and other animals. I take care of my former co workers dogs and my dad's dog. I'm a very active person, so I love to play outside and go for walks. About: I grew up with both cats and dogs, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me and remains one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I currently have my own dog, who I adopted as a puppy while I was in college and is now 4 years old. Raising her has given me experience with training, building routines, and understanding different stages of a dog’s development. I’m comfortable administering medication, brushing and bathing, handling anxious behaviors, and keeping pets on their regular care schedules. I also have experience walking dogs that pull and can confidently handle strong or high-energy pups while keeping walks safe and structured. Whether your pet needs active playtime, consistent routines, or gentle care and attention, I’m patient and attentive, and I treat every pet like my own. As a current medical student, I understand the importance of flexibility and prioritizing a pet's needs. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and dependable. As a medical student, my schedule is currently very flexible, which allows me to thoughtfully plan pet care into my daily and weekly routine. The neighborhood is safe and very pet-friendly. I’m attentive to maintaining each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications or special care needs. I make sure pets receive both physical activity and plenty of attention and affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize consistency and respect for your space. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and maintain your pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I’m also willing to travel or make special trips if your dog attends daycare, has a preferred park, or enjoys a specific walking route. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable and cared for as possible, wherever they are.
