Animal trainer and lover!
I’ve had 11 years experience of hands on working alone with animals. Currently I volunteer with CNY Snap taking care of cats and I’m a dog trainer and pet care specialist at Petsmart. I’ve been volunteering for 3 years now and working at Petsmart for 3 as well. I’m well versed in taking care and training puppies as well as taking care of special needs, sickly, or senior animals. I have my own small animal pets (gerbils) and previously had snakes. Previously before moving here I trained horses as well as worked in the hospital/quarantine/sick room for a cat shelter in Georgia. I spent at least five years there giving vaccines, medication, fluids, and hospital sterilizing cleaning everything. I’ve been involved in animals my whole life and they’re my passion.

I’m able to take care of any animal in your home not just dogs. I’m able to easily crate and walk your dogs during the day and make sure everyone gets their required attention. And I clean up after myself and the animals!

Margaret is great with my 2 corgis every time she comes over—she’s exceptional!! They’re always SO excited to see her and go on their walk.
Margaret checked in with Miki a couple times throughout the few days and returned to spend each night with Miki. Miki is our rescue dog and he’s very fearful, so will try to bite. Margaret took this on anyway, and arrived with her own snacks after we had left. We left Margaret fresh cooked turkey for Miki, and a large piece of cardboard for her protection (which she never had to use). Miki was licking her hand by the next day. Margaret had the experience to gain Miki’s trust. We are grateful. This was the first time we hired anyone to watch Miki in 7 years. It proved to be a good experience all around. We returned to find our house as we left it.

Schedule
I’m working part time currently so I’m available most days in the morning for walking or checking in with your animal. I’m also close by so I’m available to stay over at your house during the night to keep the best eye on your family members.
