My husband and I own our home in the Sedgwick neighborhood, which has a fenced-in backyard and lots of safe space for long walks and playtime. We do not own a dog at the moment, so we have plenty of energy and love to go around! We also have years of experience caring for our dogs and sitting for friends who own dogs in a wide range of sizes and breeds. I pride myself on how well dogs listen to me when I try to train them to listen and maybe try a trick or two to keep their minds engaged and give them an enriching daily life. Please consider hiring us; your furry friends will be safe in very loving and nurturing hands.

Love love love!! My Onyx has the best night ever while Mom and Dad were away for the night. Jeane kept in communication with us and had us resting easy knowing our baby was so loved! We are in the area for work for a few months and I have uses a couple sitters here in SYR. Jeane is our absolute favorite and we can't wait for the next time Onyx can visit his new friends! ❤️
Jeanne is the most ideal pet caregiver there is. She is one of the only people I trust with my own dog, as she is a rescue and suffers from extreme anxiety. Schedule
We both work less than 15 minutes away from home (Mon-Fri, 830-4) with full availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Because of our sedentary work lives, we try to stay active when we're not working with lots of walks and time outside.

Owning our own home with a fenced-in yard allows us to give dogs of any size the room to explore and rest wherever they feel comfortable. We are attentive and LOVE the energy that a dog brings to our home. Having a pet around makes all the difference, especially when we can tell that they feel safe and enriched with play and comfort every day. Pet sitting is a win-win-win for us, your pet, and you!

A typical day
Depending on your dog's ability to handle <20-minute car rides (we understand that many may get carsick or have severe anxiety with that), we love to spend time walking on trails and spending time in dog parks. We also have a fenced-in backyard as an alternative exercise and play area.

- I'd love to know more about your dog's temperament with other dogs? Do they have any allergies or require medication? Are they good at recognizing verbal and hand commands like sit, heal, and stay? Although we keep dogs on a leash any time they are outside of a fenced in area, It's still good to know if they are "runners" or not so we can be extra careful around wildlife or other animals they might try to chase after.
