“Jennifer was great with drop in visits for our cat while we were away, very professional and responsive. Will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Margaret was great! We did drop in visits and she did every visit within the time frame, it was great to see how well our Shibas were taken care of. She kept them on their schedule, followed the feeding schedule, played with them so they weren't alone. She communicated so well every drop in and sent photos with updates. We were grateful to have her watching over our puppies. Shibas are a challenging breed because they can be stubborn, Margaret did well navigate through their needs. We will definitely book again and again!”

“Jamie won over our very anxious dog over the long weekend she let him out. Our dog Arlo was hesitant at first but Jamie was patient with him and everything went well. Thank you Jamie for taking such great care of Arlo!”

“Kaylah does such a good job keeping my dog happy during her time with him & will even stay for longer than needed to make sure he gets extra love & play time. 10/10”

“Adriana came through for our two dogs and cat once again, with two drop-in visits this week. She is consistently reliable and always sends us updates with pet photos from her visits.”

“Chloe is an elder cat with some special needs, but Cammie was very kind and caring with her issues. I would recommend her to anyone with an older cat.”

“Val is absolutely wonderful! She's trustworthy, prompt, and thoughtful. Most importantly, she took fabulous care of my shy and nervous kitty when I was out of town. Val sent me the cutest photos during each visit, and my cat loved Val right away--always a good sign! I'll definitely be asking her to catsit the next time I need help.”

“I have a malamute and she is extremely friend! I am glad we had them coming over to see my dog. She loved them and I highly recommend it. I had an emergency and they could come to take care of her. 100% !!!”

About: My journey in animal care began in 2017 as a kennel technician, and over the past 8 years, I’ve grown into a skilled veterinary assistant with extensive experience caring for dogs, cats and exotic pets of all breeds and temperaments. When I go home, I hug my 2 cats and 2 dogs after a long days work. I also have owned a hedgehog who is now in heaven, and I had the pleasure of growing with and caring for my childhood dog who is also in heaven with my hedgie. From daily walks and enrichment to assisting in exams and treatments, I’ve had the privilege of supporting our furry friends through every stage of life. I’m trained in administering medications—whether it’s a pill, injection, or special diet—and I always prioritize comfort, safety, and trust. Whether your fur baby is playful, shy, or needs a little extra TLC, I bring patience, experience, and a whole lot of love to every visit. I work weekdays 7a-3p, so I am available M-F after 3-3:30p. Saturdays and Sundays I am usually away. I can answer any questions on availability and openings for walks and drop ins! I fully acknowledge that I am entering into your home and that alone is the biggest reason I go above and beyond on building trust with you and fur babies. Safety is my highest priority — I want everyone to feel safe before I ever step foot into your home. I require a meet and greet to start the process; this is to make sure your pet(s) get familiarized with my presence, then I assess compatibility after 1-2 bookings. If I’m concerned about temperament, we will next steps and gauge whether or not we can move forward with future bookings. There are times when pets display signs of stress or protective/territorial behaviors when a stranger enters their home, especially if it’s for the first time. While I’m comfortable caring for an array of temperaments, the last thing I want is your pet to be stressed and unhappy. I am transparent about this process upfront as I prioritize safety for all parties. Upon meeting you and your pet for the first time, I will ask you (many) questions and write all information provided down and go over everything with you before ending the meet and greet session. This will include questions regarding specialized care, diet, temperament, etc. I will also ask for an emergency contact and veterinarian information in the case there is an emergency while you’re not home. For all of my services I make sure to accurately follow all instructions provided with consistent text and picture updates. I NEVER touch anything in your home besides pet-related items disclosed at our meet and greet unless I have permission. After services are completed, I refill all food/water bowls, put back all pet related items such as food and toys where they belong, tidy up if permitted, and give your pets some extra TLC before leaving!

“5 stars! Chelsea watched my guinea pigs while I was away for a week and was amazing. She sent me adorable pics of them every day and even made their enclosures extra cute and cozy. Super reliable and clearly put a lot of care into everything. I came home to relaxed, happy piggies! I couldn’t have asked for better!💕🐹”

“Amanda was awesome & took good care of my bunny Scottie! She was very thoughtful in updating me and I could tell my Scottie had come to trust her over the week of her drop in visits.”

About: I’m new to Rover but not to dogs! I have worked in a veterinary kennel, a daycare/boarding center, completed a PennVet summer program, and volunteered at the SPCA for years. Let me walk your doggies! I love them all. I am free daily until late August, barring my 5-8 pm tutoring shifts, a few weekly appointments, and random engagements. I have lots of energy in the morning so I can do early morning walks if needed. I am very respectful and caring towards others’ animals, spaces and belongings, and would love the opportunity to take care of your pet in your home so that both of you have the least anxiety possible.

About: I’ve had dogs as pets for over 30 years. They truly make our lives better. I’d like to help take care of others when needed. I am a teacher on summer break. Our dogs get a lot of attention this time of year! My schedule is very open and flexible. I can feed, care for, give your dog playtime (and belly rubs), and walk your dog at your home while you are at work or away.

“We used Sara for a drop in visit for our two energetic pups. She was on time and communicative! Will definitely be looking to rebook with her!”

“Best sitter you could ask for in the area! Responsive and will treat your pets like her own. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will take care of their babies with the most love and attention as possible!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a deep love for them. While I’ve primarily worked with horses and cows, I’ve also spent years around dogs and cats. We have our own rescue pup at home, and I’ve helped care for everything from small lap dogs to German Shepherds. There’s always been a family or friends dog around, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently have two side jobs that I have full control over, so I’m able to be flexible and available any time of day or week to care for your pet. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evenings, I can adjust my schedule to meet your needs! When I’m caring for pets in their home, I do my best to stick to their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’ll follow any instructions you leave closely - whether it’s feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, or giving medications. I respect your home, keep things clean and tidy, and make sure your pets get lots of love and attention while you’re away. I know how important it is to feel confident your pets and your space are in good hands!

About: Dogs bring a lot of happiness to my life and make me smile daily. Caring for my own dog, Jada, a sweet pit bull terrier, who stole my heart five years ago, has been one of the greatest joys of my life. She is not just a pet; she is family. I completed two six-week training courses with her and continue to apply the tips and positive reinforcement techniques I learned. I would be happy to incorporate those methods when caring for your beloved pet too. In addition to caring for my own dog, I have helped friends with dog walking, feeding, and just keeping their pets happy and comfortable when their owners are away. I understand that each dog has their own personality and routine, and I always take the time to get to know what makes them feel safe and loved. I believe all dogs—regardless of breed or background—deserve love, patience, and the attention that brings out the best in them (including exercise)! Whether it’s keeping up with an energetic pup (happy to run with them) or giving extra TLC to an older dog who needs a slower pace, I approach each pet with patience, care, and respect. As an ultra-runner, nature lover, and dog lover, I thoroughly look forward to meeting other dogs, going for walks, and providing them with the same affection, exercise, and attention I give to my own. I work remotely with flexible hours (that I create) allowing me to be available for walks and check-ins throughout the week and weekend as needed. When caring for dogs in a client’s home, I treat their space and pets with the same respect and attention I would give my own. My priority is to maintain the dog’s routine and comfort, so I always follow instructions closely. Cleanliness and communication are important to me. I keep the home tidy and send regular updates so the owner feels connected and reassured.
