As someone who does rescue and foster care for cats, I’m used to being around to regularly check in with cats in my care, and when I cat sit for others I always make sure to stop by their home and hang out with the cat as often as preferred by the owner so no one has to worry about their furry friend.

I always make sure to clean litter boxes and food bowls daily (or more when needed ie messy kittens) while also keeping on the lookout for any general health red flags like flea dirt, sneezing, refusing to eat/drink, etc so that I can get a pet medical care asap if needed! I’ve taken care of kittens from the day they were born, cats with all sorts of medical conditions, and elderly cats over the years and I treat every animal with respect.

Let me know if your cat has any special needs, I have no problem giving medications (pills, liquid, shots) when needed and can even give them a manicure if you’d like! I do also have experience caring for rodents (rats, gerbils, hamsters, etc) and am confident in being able to tend to them as well if needed. :)
A typical day
I will take great care of your cats, give them cuddles or play time depending on what they prefer, monitor their wellbeing and make sure they’re their usual self until you return!

I’ve had cats my whole life and have been a trusted cat sitter for friends and family for years now. I also have an entire room in my home dedicated to rescue/fostering cats that I use when a cat needs to stay in my care for a bit. :)
