About: I’ve had pets my whole life, so becoming a dog and cat sitter was a given. From senior snoozers to zoomy puppies, from ‘don’t touch me’ cats to ‘please love me immediately’ cats, I’ve handled it all and loved every second. I’m currently in school at Fort Lewis. I have a few classes scattered throughout the day. My busiest day right now will be Tuesdays with back to back classes from 8-2:30. If watching pets in your home, I will ask for a list of expectations (feed times, concerns) so I can do the best job. I will be diligent about updating you, sending photos, and asking questions if they arise.

About: I owned a pitbull growing up until I was 18 years old. I absolutely love dogs but simply can’t have one in my housing situation. Caring for your dog would be an absolute pleasure! I’m available to help with pets as many times a day as needed during all hours of the day. I will care for your pets like I care for my own. My pets are my whole life. I feed my elder cat a special diet and administer medications daily. In my own home I use specialty feeders that connect to each of their collars. When dog sitting I make sure they’re taken out as many times as needed to get exercise and go to the restroom!

Depending on the pet, I definitely prioritize walks and getting time outside to get energy out. I’m okay with letting them roam around the apartment and will not have to be crated or blocked off from any parts. Gracen was a God send! We are travelling in a Sprinter van with our 2 cattle dogs, and wanted to take the Durango/Silverton train, which meant we would be gone all day. On short notice, Gracen made this possible! Since the van is our home away from home, Gracen came twice to our van (parked at a hotel) while we were gone to give our “kids” potty breaks, and belly rubs. The updates and photos gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy the spectacular train ride. So thankful!
Was super nervous to leave my girls, but that was quickly quelled by the lack of Alexa notifications from my dogs barking during Deidra’s visit. One of my dogs has anxiety and Deidra was able to get her to follow her feeding and outside routine flawlessly. She was such a relief to us with a tight week and will definitely be working with her again.
Deanne was so wonderful! She spent such good quality time with our kitty while we were gone and sent us updates everyday. She followed all the instructions to the letter and was super easy to communicate with. We will definitely use Deanne again when she’s available!
