“Suzanne was so kind and patient.she’s diligent about asking you the right questions bout your pet to provide her care. Shanti has separation anxiety and Suzanne helped her through it. We did a test run before my 6 day trip and Shanti howled, cried and barked for over an hour. Suzanne kept her till she felt, Shanti felt comfortable. During her longer stay, Shanti was able to be her fun and loving self, proved by photos. I highly recommend Suzanne for all of your pets needs. Upon communicating this information to Jim and Kathy, they were insistent that we go and that Phoebe would be left in good hands. That was an understatement- they were left in the BEST HANDS possible. They happily administered all her medication and kept us updated multiple times a day. Texts, pictures, you name it. It’s as if they took every worry away, and they most certainly treated Phoebe as if she was there own. You know a dog lover when you see one, and I don’t know of anyone more of a dog lover than Jim and Kathy. We hope not to leave Phoebe with anyone else than them. Maria is apparently a cat whisperer because my cat tried to refuse pickup. 😂 She had to move the couch to get him out, and then he immediately jumped on top of the kitchen cabinets so she had to climb up there and get him again. I’ve never been so personally offended by my own cat. She came through on short notice after another sitter canceled, sent daily photos and updates, and took phenomenal care of London. Clearly he loved his vacation as much as I loved mine. 10/10 would absolutely book with her again.

Carina and Max took care of my son's cat (Monet) for a week. This was the first time Monet was going to a new place and new sitters, my son Beau was very anxious. Josely was amazing! I had to find someone for my Gus last minute and was so pleased with Josely's care. She was super attentive and responsive, sent multiple update pics per day and was super easy to deal with. She also has a great outdoor space which was nice to know considering my dog is high energy and needs somewhere to run around during the day. I will be going out of town again soon and will be using her. Would recommend 100%
