Rachel took such great care of Baxter while I was away traveling! She kept me updated on how he was eating and behaving, and sent me pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Baxter was comfortable with her because he ate on his very first day, which is a big deal since he usually takes a few days to adjust and feel comfortable in a new environment. She even let him sleep on her bed 🥰 It was clear that Baxter was in loving, caring hands. He and his family took care of and lived Emery like she was their own. The daily pictures and videos of her that was sent daily made being separated from her so much easier. I will be planning a trip to see family, that honestly felt impossible because of having to leave her. After how amazing they were and Emery was treated, I now know I can plan it and will definitely use them to take care of my Emery Kitty again!

This was hands down one of, if not the BEST dog sitters that I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive and communicated the ENTIRE time that I was away. She sent me pictures of my pup multiple times and day and treated him like he was part of her family. There wasn’t one time that I had to check-in during my time away because she was so thorough and on top of it. PHENOMENAL! As soon as Susan greeted the door, I was immediately comfortable with leaving my dog with her. She just has that kind of energy. She sent me photos of her and her daughter playing & spending quality time with zero as if he was their own. Be careful your pet may not wanna come home after they meet Susan.
