I had the same impression prior to actually meeting face to face for our meet and greet. She has a detailed questionnaire that we filled out to inform her about Arlo and his habits. This is something to be appreciated because it demonstrates that Kelly wants to manage expectations and to be fully prepared. There is no doubt she is a subject matter expert in all things dogs. She’s about as professional as you get...real deal. I felt very comfortable that our active, silly and very spirited dog wiould be safe...and would have fun as an extra bonus. Kelly sent photos of Arlo and we could see he was in good hands. Five gold stars...”

Before we left town we dropped the dogs off and knew they were in good hands. We got regular updates with photos and our dogs appeared to be in heaven. Catherine's big, fenced backyard gave them plenty of room to play, she interacted with them regularly, and made sure they were exercised and well cared for. When we picked them up they were excited to see us but sad to leave their new friends. By the time we got them in the car they were already sound asleep and were exhausted the rest of the day. Catherine is the only person I'd ever leave them with again!”
