They were relaxed and did not show any signs of fear - this was HUGE for us. Our dog is a rescue and VERY nervous. Our dog, Peggy, felt right at home with Marcie and it was apparent by the videos and pictures we received while on a vacation that we were unfortunately not able to take the fury baby on. We missed our girl but knowing she was having a good time definitely settled our thoughts on having to leave her behind. Marcie was also very attentive and made sure to check for things I had asked her to look out for. Our dog’s allergies flare up and her ears sometimes get irritated. I received daily texts and updates and on one day Marcie had let me know that Peggy had started to shake her head which led Marcie to check her ears. Max absolutely loved his stay and came home one very happy little guy. Kristin kept this nervous dog dad updated regularly, which gave me a peace of mind, and she made sure my four-legged child received his medication every morning. It’s not easy trusting someone with your fur baby, but I felt completely comfortable knowing Max was being loved and well cared for. Needless to say, Max has already decided he’ll be returning — apparently I no longer have a say in the matter. 🐶 Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my little guy! 🐾
Patrick was absolutely amazing with Simba! 🐾 He took such great care of him and really went above and beyond. He picked Simba up and dropped him back off, made sure he got his ear medication, and even gave him a shower before bringing him home. Simba came back happy, clean, and clearly well cared for, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can tell Patrick genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. 10/10 experience and we would absolutely book with him again! Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Tina. She was extremely prompt in her responses and maintained great communication throughout the entire stay. Most importantly, she took excellent care of Princess Leia 🐩, and gave us peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommended!
I cannot recommend Catherine more highly. A 10/10 experience from my first interaction with her to picking Pippa up when I returned home. I immediately felt at ease when I brought Pippa to her home for a meet and greet visit just a few days before my trip. I’ve never used any sitter service as Pippa has always stayed with friends or family but hearing Catherine talk about her own dogs, it was easy to see that Pippa was going to be in the best hands. Her communication was quick and answered some of my questions before I even asked them. Drop off day was seamless and reassured me that I had made the right choice in choosing a sitter. I received daily check ins with photos. Pippa was smiling in every single one. Picking her up was a breeze and she’s currently snoring away next to me; which lets me know she had a blast. Thank you Anna and Irina, my Marshall was safe and I appreciated her honesty letting me know that she had to keep him in her office because he wasn't being nice to other dogs.
