Upon communicating this information to Jim and Kathy, they were insistent that we go and that Phoebe would be left in good hands. That was an understatement- they were left in the BEST HANDS possible. They happily administered all her medication and kept us updated multiple times a day. Texts, pictures, you name it. It’s as if they took every worry away, and they most certainly treated Phoebe as if she was there own. You know a dog lover when you see one, and I don’t know of anyone more of a dog lover than Jim and Kathy. We hope not to leave Phoebe with anyone else than them. Layne and I are very very peculiar about who our baby stays with and we require a meet and greet before any stay in order for us to get a general idea of where our boy is staying, and for the owner to feel comfortable with him as well. Martin was very hospitable and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived to his home. He gave us a tour of the premises while we discuss Barley's daily activities, feedings, and behavior. He sent pictures while Barley was staying at his home which provided us a great amount of comfort. Martin was also flexible on our drop off and pick up time as we had a few little delays which prevented us to get to his home right on time. I loved Martin's honest feedback during Barleys' stay, and feel extremely comfortable leaving him on vacation with Martin and his wife for future vacations! About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’ve raised and puppy-trained dogs, have experience with exotic animals, and understand that every pet is different. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. I’m free all day Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Tuesdays and Fridays, I only work a short evening shift, and on weekends I work until about 4:30pm. That leaves me with lots of time to make sure your pet gets the attention, walks, and care they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My apartment community has a fenced dog park for safe outdoor play, along with plenty of sidewalks and green spaces for walks. While my apartment is on the smaller side, your pet will have lots of opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and one on attention during their stay.

She was reliable, caring, and treated them like they were her own. Shalie was able to take care of my fur baby at the last moment due to a family emergency. I loved the frequent updates, pictures and videos throughout the day. It really gave me peace of mind. Shalie was very responsive and most importantly took such great care of my Daisy, that it was honestly such a relief! A great couple who love dogs, I felt completely comfortable leaving our Izzie there. Plus, there is such a dog friendly yard. Izzie loved the doggy door so she could come in and out., which helped with the heat. Jim sent updates that supported my sense of ease that Izzie was in good hands. I would definitely recommend.
Richard, Sam and Benji were fantastic — it was like Sep went to summer camp and didn’t want to come home. Their house and yard were perfect. Benji was an active playmate for Sep. They sent lots of pics and kept me informed regularly. They are such great dog people. I was completely comfortable leaving Sep.
Kacy was so kind and helpful and was a God send to take care of my two girls with such short notice. We had a death in the family and had to find a sitter with 3 days notice. Kacy met with me prior so I could meet her and make sure my girls got along with her dog. While we were away Kacy provided updates and pictures every day.
