I guess I would call him a dog expert, as I learned more about dog behavior chatting with him even briefly!!! He knew exactly how to interact with our dogs each having their own personality. He was also great with our large dog who has a tendency to get anxious. Our dogs loved Eric and he was great with them! He walked, and played with them and I could see from the pictures they were happy and having fun!!! I will defiantly be booking him again. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
