Upon communicating this information to Jim and Kathy, they were insistent that we go and that Phoebe would be left in good hands. That was an understatement- they were left in the BEST HANDS possible. They happily administered all her medication and kept us updated multiple times a day. Texts, pictures, you name it. It’s as if they took every worry away, and they most certainly treated Phoebe as if she was there own. You know a dog lover when you see one, and I don’t know of anyone more of a dog lover than Jim and Kathy. We hope not to leave Phoebe with anyone else than them. I never had to worry, and even when I did she always reassured me. Plenty of toys and space for my little one to run around in. We will definitely be working with her again!
Brew had an amazing time with them! He is a more anxious dog and we were nervous about leaving him in a new place for the first time , but Jon and Giannina are professionals and definitely know what they’re doing. They introduced brew slowly to the other dogs, and gave him a lot of attention. He was very happy there! They also sent us very cute pictures and videos the entire time he stayed. Will definitely be using them again!

Emily was the best!!! She took care of our golden, Koa, for a full week and made sure to keep us updated with pictures the entire time. He looked like he was in great care!! My flight home was cancelled last minute and Emily was super accommodating and communicative. Would recommend her to anyone and would absolutely come back to her again!
Richard, Sam and Benji were fantastic — it was like Sep went to summer camp and didn’t want to come home. Their house and yard were perfect. Benji was an active playmate for Sep. They sent lots of pics and kept me informed regularly. They are such great dog people. I was completely comfortable leaving Sep.

We were set to be out of the country for 10 days. Piper, our 14 year old yorkie, had been staying with another lady when we would go somewhere that would not accommodate dogs, but she retired last year. I had originally found her on Rover and decided to look again for a dog With specific needs. I contacted Emily and we took Piper over to visit. She loved it there and Emily could not get enough of Piper, and she said yes! I had written instructions on feeding, quirks, etc. The day we dropped her off. Emily sent pictures and videos of what they had been doing all week! Piper loved the big dog pillow and claimed it as hers! We came back and was ready for home but I know piper would love to visit Emily again. Since she only takes one dog at a time that was a blessing. I highly recommend Emily to anyone who has a senior dog. We love her!
The Absolute Best Sitter We’ve Ever Had! We cannot recommend James highly enough! He watched our dog, Dash, for two days, and the experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. Leaving your baby is always tough, but James gave us complete peace of mind. His communication was flawless; we received regular updates and the most wonderful photos showing our dog having genuine fun and getting tons of cuddles. It was obvious our Dash was being treated like a member of his family and not just a client. James is not only professional and reliable, but he brings a genuine enthusiasm for dogs that is rare to find.
