Welcome to Happy Waggy Tails Doggy Daycare & Boarding! We are a very calm, loving environment. I live in a large open space home so your dog will never be alone! No closed doors and I don't believe in crating. I only care for ONE dog at a time. I do not have multiple overnight or daycare guests. Your dog will receive all of my attention. When a dog is in my care they receive 3 half hour walks a day - 2+ full hour walks on the weekends and all the snuggles they can handle. He or she can even sleep in the bed if they'd like :) I only serve organic food to my guests and they get tons of treats throughout the day. There are 2 water stations in the house and treats are given upon demand 😋😉 A little about me: I have been a dog mother my entire life. I don't remember a time in my life when I didn't have one. I love dogs 🐕 ♥️ I am a very experienced dog walker & sitter. I have also learned many training tips from volunteer work I have done abroad in South East Asia at elephants & dog sanctuaries. I have extensive experience with administering medications. Also, I volunteer for 3 weeks a year in Thailand, Sri Lanka & Cambodia at elephant/dog sanctuaries. I am a NYC ambassador for Save Elephant Foundation and use all my vacation days in order pursue promoting elephant conservation & eco-tourism around South East Asia, Having worked with 3 ton elephants, I'm pretty comfortable with handling a dog up to 100 lbs :) I am a gentle, kind, loving, warm and protective person. All dogs in my care are treated as if they are "home" and receive the same amount of attention as my own dogs. I don't believe in favoring one over the other. Please note: 1- For dogs over 50lb, please add an additional 15% to the total stay cost.

We were set to be out of the country for 10 days. Piper, our 14 year old yorkie, had been staying with another lady when we would go somewhere that would not accommodate dogs, but she retired last year. I had originally found her on Rover and decided to look again for a dog With specific needs. I contacted Emily and we took Piper over to visit. She loved it there and Emily could not get enough of Piper, and she said yes! I had written instructions on feeding, quirks, etc. The day we dropped her off. Emily sent pictures and videos of what they had been doing all week! Piper loved the big dog pillow and claimed it as hers! We came back and was ready for home but I know piper would love to visit Emily again. Since she only takes one dog at a time that was a blessing. I highly recommend Emily to anyone who has a senior dog. We love her!
Emily is the best dog babysitter there is! She constantly updates you with pics and just loves dogs overall. You will feel comfortable leaving your pup with Emily anytime!☺️❤️🐾
Emily is super! She is so loving and generous. I appreciate that she is mostly at home and able to make my pup feel at ease and spoiled too! Would definitely book again. She truly cares about animals and it shows. Thanks Emily!

Emily took wonderful care of Sahara! She was so sweet, kind, and attentive. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which made me feel at ease while I was away. I could tell Sahara was happy and well cared for. Highly recommend her!
Emily is absolutely wonderful. She treats Echo like part of the family. She sends tons of pictures and updates. I know when Echo stays with Emily she’s being loved the way I love her. We are a repeat client and will continue to be!

I work from home so will always be here for your baby! They would be welcome to be in my office with me at all times if they want.

I care for my doggie guests as if they were my own. I am very protective and I am always "on guard". I notice things others don't which means I catch potential issues very early. Thank you again for visiting and I hope to hear from you soon!
