“This was my first boarding experience since moving to Florida, and I was very anxious about it. Simona was absolutely wonderful in every respect. After the meet and greet, I was already reassured that it was a good choice, and the actual experience reinforced all my positive impressions. I received many pictures that let me know. Maui was having a great time and was getting lots of love and attention!”

“Mary and Dean are extremely nice people and seem to love dogs. They were amazing to work with. Our little poodle appeared to have been well cared for and to have enjoyed her visit. She had long walks and great care. Additionally we were sent photos and updates. There is no question we will board her with Mary and Dean again.”

“Cristina did such an amazing job taking care of my dog, Bella. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She gave Bella lots of love and made sure she felt comfortable and safe throughout her entire stay. About: I started walking neighbors dogs at 7. 27 years later I now take care of all my friends animals and become their second best friend I’m available all day and evening unless previously booked. Typically between 10 am 10 pm unless I am hosting the animal. I am home most of the day so they will never be lonely or neglected I have one cat that is like my baby. She has her own room and I can crate her if necessary. I live in a safe gated community and can walk dogs around there as often as they need

About: I’ve been taking care of pets for 9 years and truly understand how deeply they become a part of the family. I know what it means to entrust someone with your beloved companion-their comfort, safety, and routine matter. I treat every animal with the same love and attentiveness I give my own. You can count on me to be caring, reliable, and gentle- because our pets deserve the best. I work part-time, so I’m home every day after around 2:30 PM and fully available in the evenings and on weekends. This allows me to give pets consistent attention, feeding, and care. I can also adjust to your pet’s routine if needed. I live in a quiet, safe gated community with a designated enclosed area for dog walking. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly. I have one gentle, vaccinated indoor cat who is used to being around other animals. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times.

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have experience caring for all kinds of pets — including dogs 🐕, cats 🐈, hamsters 🐹, turtles 🐢, fish 🐠, and more. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. This is why I prioritize timely updates, plenty of photos, and sticking closely to each pet’s unique routine and needs. I work from home full time, so your pet will always be well supervised and taken care of. My home is designed to be a safe, welcoming space for pets of all personalities and energy levels, and I also have a separate detached studio space available for those who may need their own quiet area or separation from my own pets. I’m happy to accommodate feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, training reinforcement, or any specific care instructions that help your pet feel right at home. I have one dog and two cats that get along well with other pets - a Russell Terrier mix puppy named Annie, and two rescue cats named Remey & Erney. I’m familiar with puppy energy, training, routines, and the patience that comes with helping dogs learn and as well as understand how important it is to create a calm, safe environment and let animals build trust at their own pace. Because I work from home full time, I’m able to provide pets with lots of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. Caring for animals fits naturally into my routine, whether that means walks, playtime, cuddle breaks, or whatever else they might need! I’m thoughtful, reliable, and attentive when caring for pets, and I always want both pets and owners to feel comfortable and at ease. I’m also extremely organized, clean, and respectful of other people’s homes. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space the same way I treat my own and make sure everything is left exactly as you left it. My goal is for you to come home to a happy, well-cared-for pet and complete peace of mind. You can also expect regular updates, photos, and open communication so you always know how your pet is doing.
“I can’t recommend her enough. Leaving Winnie with someone new always makes me a little nervous, but she completely put my mind at ease from the very beginning. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and she kept me updated constantly with messages and photos so I always knew how Winnie was doing. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Winnie and took the time to make her feel comfortable and loved while I was away. Seeing how happy and relaxed Winnie was in the updates meant so much to me. When I came back, it was obvious Winnie had been very well cared for. She went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful to have found someone so reliable, communicative, and kind. I would absolutely trust her with Winnie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will truly care for their pet.”

“Marylin and her family were absolutely incredible. They took care of my Nelli like she was part of the family. Marylin sent pictures every day and her and her husband took Nelli on long walks. They also have an amazing back and front yard perfect for the dogs to play. I’m very grateful for Marilyn and her family for taking such good care of our sweet Nelli! Will definitely be reaching out to Marilyn again to watch Nelli.”

“Loki and Sylvie were very happy to be with Laura. She played with them in her backyard and took them on walks. They were very happy pups in the videos and pictures I received throughout the stay. She communicated their status every now and then which I appreciated. Love her energy and we will definitely consider her again!”

Sarina was amazing with our dog, Annie! She sent tons of updates and photos, so we always knew Annie was safe, happy, and having the best time. Annie loved making new friends with the other dogs Sarina was watching, and playing with them in her big backyard. She came home one very happy girl! We'd absolutely book with Sarina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible pet sitter. :)

Josely was amazing! I had to find someone for my Gus last minute and was so pleased with Josely's care. She was super attentive and responsive, sent multiple update pics per day and was super easy to deal with. She also has a great outdoor space which was nice to know considering my dog is high energy and needs somewhere to run around during the day. I will be going out of town again soon and will be using her. Would recommend 100%

Leila was extraordinary! This was my first time using a pet sitting service, so I was naturally a bit anxious because my senior fur baby, Sasha, has a few health issues. I carefully selected Leila because she specializes in senior dogs with medical conditions, and from our meet-and-greet, I was absolutely convinced I made the right decision. Leila was very responsive, attentive to detail, and truly caring. Once I received photos and updates of my Sasha girl, I felt completely relieved knowing she was in such good hands. Sasha looked comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout her stay. I will certainly be a returning customer. Thank you, Rover, and huge kudos to Leila for providing such exceptional care!

Thank you so much, Yanela! You took wonderful care of Reilly, and I truly appreciated your kindness, communication, and attention to detail. I felt completely at ease knowing Reilly was in such good hands, and I’m very much looking forward to booking with you again soon!

Excellent dog sitter who welcomes your dog into her warm and loving home. We felt confident that our pup was extremely well cared for. Brittany was there for us when a family emergency arose and was attentive to our every need. She also sends great photos. She is highly recommended!

Every picture and video shared with me showed me that my dog was being loved and cared. She was in puppy paradise. Looks like she was living her best life. Better than the one at home! Highly recommend bekki looking to make sure their pup are treated with the utmost care and love!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
