My family has four amazing dogs — Weimaraners and Bernedoodles — and I greatly enjoy caring for them, whether that's going on walks, feeding them, or curling up for cuddles after long walks on the beach. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to making sure pets feel comfortable, exercised, and cared for. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, extra scratches, feeding, or companionship, I make sure every pet gets the love and attention they deserve. I’m mostly available on Fridays, and the weekends. The weekends, I have the most availability so you can do day trips and not have to worry. I can also do some weeknights. I follow each pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to keep them comfortable and easy any stress. It usually helps to have some guidelines to feeding schedules or walk schedules that the owner requests. I will give pets plenty of attention during play time and make sure they are happy, either purring or wagging tails in a good way. I also treat the home with respect by keeping it clean, secure, and following any instructions the owner provides.

About: I’ve had both dogs and cats myself, but don’t have either currently. I have worked on dog training and have cared for senior dogs and cats. I love all animals and look forward to meeting yours! I work from an office most days, but I have some flexibility in my calendar. I’m also open most weekends and evenings. If I’m traveling I usually have ample notice. I can’t care for pets in my home since I’m currently in a condo, but will take the extra special care of them in yours!

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and care about all dogs! I have 10 years of dog sitting experience in Reno, Nevada. I moved to Dana Point last year and am building my clientele here now. I can’t wait to meet your doggo! I am an elementary school teacher, so I am gone 7/8 hours during the week. I make sure that your dog gets a walk before I leave, and all the care and exercise after work. During the summer, I am free all day! My roommate has a dog, and he has become my best friend. I let him out often, as my roommate is gone at work all day. It so important to me to give dogs exercise, proper water and food, and socialize them with other dogs. It is also important to me to leave the house cleaner than I found it when I do dogsit. My aunt often jokes that when I dogsit, it’s like a maid came as well!

About: I have been around animals my entire life, growing up with 2 dogs, then fostering kittens, having a hamster, two rabbits, and horses. Animals are very important to my live and are a big passion of mine. I have been the sole caretaker of the foster kittens for about 6 years, and have a cat of my own at college with me. My family also has a dog who I grew up with, Finn, and several family cats. We also have two horses who I have ridden and cared for for 10 years, and miss everyday I'm at school. I do have classes throughout the week, but with an hour to two long gaps, I have plenty of time to visit during the day. I would not be able to care for pets in my home, but I can visit to let them into the yard, take them for walks, feed them, or just keep them company.

I keep my schedule intentionally limited so every pet gets consistent attention and a predictable routine. I have experience with dog training, caring for senior animals and providing TLC to each animal I encounter. I keep my client list limited so that I can provide excellent care to each animal. I am available for drop ins, dog walking and house sitting on weekdays and weekends. I make sure to ask details such as where the extra pet food, toys, leashes etc are located. I like to set up a meet and greet to go over any pertinent information I need to know. During the stay, I will provide an ample amount of pictures, updates and I always respond promptly to answer any questions or concerns.

About: I’m a trustworthy working professional looking to watch cute dogs on the weekends. This is my first time not living with a dog, and I’m in much need of canine time! I’ve had Golden Retrievers all my life and I’ve always been the go-to neighborhood dog watcher & walker growing up! I’d love to help walk, play, or watch your dog on the weekends! I’m currently working full-time at a medical device company but I am generally around and available on the weekends! I don’t have time at the moment to get a dog due to my busy work week schedule but I’d love to be able to be around and help out with dogs on the weekend! My roommate is allergic to dogs so I wouldn’t be able to bring dogs to my house but I’d be willing to be outdoors and explore the area with a furry friend or come to the dogs home to help take care!

About: I’ve been a dog owner since 2013 where I was responsible for feeding, walking, grooming and giving my dog daily exercise activities. I also previously watched dogs for families and friends before apps like Rover came out. I’ve always been naturally friendly with dogs and they take a liking to me. Right now I’m available weekdays. I do work part-time as a sports coach in the afternoons. I do my best to be very present to support my wife and first born seven month old girl. I’m able to walk our fur pals whether their are crated or not with care. Our two dogs (a pure miniature Corgi and white Canaan) used to be crated for when my wife and I went to work. Eventually I worked from home so they didn’t have to be crated during the day. My wife and I moved back home with her parents so our dogs live with my mother on their property.

I pet sit/ walk frequently and love them so much but I am a student at SDSU so I cannot see them frequently.
