Hi my name is Kohana! I regularly volunteer at the Monterey Salinas SPCA where I am trained to take dogs on walks, clean up dog & cat waste, and ensure their happiness. **distance is not an issue, I drive a prius** It is important to me to practice comfort for the animals through tasks such as : a constant clean & safe environment, adequate feeding, clean water, and playing. I would also love to brush your pet if you would like. I can handle large dogs and puppies (not bottle fed young). I take dogs out from the shelter where we get to go outside of the shelter together (ie beach, hikes, etc). When I take puppies out or energetic dogs I like to practice good behaviors and positive reinforcement. I know how to behave around animals where their comfort is my priority and our relationship is at their pace, I know some animals can be timid (especially cats).
