About: Hi! I’m Bree. I’ve always had animals in my life, and I genuinely love being around them. I currently have two cats of my own, and I’ve lived with several roommates’ dogs over the years, which means I’ve spent a lot of time caring for different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve learned how to read their moods, understand their needs, and make them feel comfortable and safe. I also have a close friend who is a professional pet trainer, and I often ask them for advice whenever I want to make sure I’m doing what’s best for the pets I care for. Because of that, I get the benefit of expert insight along with real-world, hands-on experience. My approach is simple: I’ll treat your pets like I treat my own. I’ll talk to them, I’ll be patient with them, I’ll respect their boundaries, and I’ll make sure they feel loved and listened to. Whether it’s a gentle walk, a playful outing, or some quiet company at home, I’ll show up for them every single time. I work part time and go to school part time so I have mornings & afternoons free Monday-Thursday and after that I do attend school from 5pm-10pm those days. I work 4-10pm on Fridays -Sundays and I am available before and after those hours. I can follow any instructions needed to optimize care for your fur family. I will make sure all doors and cabinets to places they shouldn’t be in are secured and they are always safe.
“Amy took wonderful care of our kitty while we were away. Everything looked great upon our return and our kitty was happy and content. She provided pictures and updates at every visit (2 visits a day) and we couldn’t be happier with everything. She genuinely cares about doing a great job and it really comes through.”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life in a dog-breeding household, with a dad in veterinary medicine, so caring for animals feels second nature to me. I currently have a 6 year old Golden Retriever who is my world, and I care for every pet as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs, including puppies and seniors. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and have years of experience walking and caring for pets for neighbors, family, and friends. While I’m new to Rover, I have over 10 years of hands on experience and a genuine love for animals. I’m attentive, a good listener, and a clear communicator, and I pride myself on being trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling so you can feel completely at ease while your pet is in my care. I work from home and from my phone, which allows me to be very flexible and present for the pets in my care. I’m very active and love being outdoors. I enjoy taking them to the park, beach outings, and setting up playdates when appropriate. I understand that some dogs need extra exercise, and I’m happy to incorporate longer walks, play sessions, or even light jogging to help them burn energy and stay happy. In your home, I follow your dog’s routine to keep them comfortable and secure. In my home, I create a calm, cozy environment where they can relax and feel right at home. I have a fenced yard and live near great walking paths, parks, and hiking trails, and I take the dogs out several times a day for fresh air and exercise. I send lots of photos and video updates and as much as you’d like. I understand how scary it can be to leave your pup, and I do everything I can to give you peace of mind while they’re in my care.
“I cannot say enough great things about Amisha! Sweet, reliable, communicates well, sends great photos…the list goes on! I will definitely have her care for my babies again!”

About: With more than 10 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, I truly love working with animals. I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to making sure pets feel comfortable, exercised, and cared for. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, extra scratches, feeding, or companionship, I make sure every pet gets the love and attention they deserve. I’m mostly available on Fridays, and the weekends. The weekends, I have the most availability so you can do day trips and not have to worry. I can also do some weeknights. I follow each pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to keep them comfortable and easy any stress. It usually helps to have some guidelines to feeding schedules or walk schedules that the owner requests. I will give pets plenty of attention during play time and make sure they are happy, either purring or wagging tails in a good way. I also treat the home with respect by keeping it clean, secure, and following any instructions the owner provides.
“Our two dogs -- one who loves everyone the other who does not! -- really loved their afternoon break times with Kari. She was reliable with great communication all the way through both bookings. We would happily recommend her!”

About: Animals tend to be very fond of me. I enjoy playing with active pets and I always take their comfort level seriously. I also am extremely tidy and do my best to keep things as they were when I arrived. I work three days a week, eight hours, Monday through Wednesday until 2pm. Besides that my schedule is pretty flexible. I can always bounce around too Something I never forget to do is keep everything locked and for the most part the animal will not be out of my sight unless I have to work, which will be communicated prior to the visit.
About: As a dog owner myself, I understand the level of trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care. I'm an active person who loves long walks, playtime, and keeping dogs mentally and physically engaged. I am dependable, detail-oriented, and communicative. I'll follow your care instructions closely and provide regular photo and text updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I own a goofy one-year-old cocker spaniel named Gus and take him for daily walks, play fetch, and give him lots of treats. I work full time but work from home on Tuesdays and am able to fit pet care into my work schedule. My weekends are usually free for dog time. We have a fenced in patio that dogs love to explore and bask in the sunlight on the couch. My dog, Gus, is friendly and enjoys playing with others.

I am currently working part-time 25hrs per week 5-hour shifts and am typically off at around 10pm. Therefore, I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friends before and after when I do work. More than happy to spend the night taking care of your pet(s) as well. Message me for more accurate details pertaining to my schedule as it can vary from week to week. Amy took wonderful care of our kitty while we were away. Everything looked great upon our return and our kitty was happy and content. She provided pictures and updates at every visit (2 visits a day) and we couldn’t be happier with everything. She genuinely cares about doing a great job and it really comes through.

Emelia took wonderful care of my 3 cats while I was away. She came by to feed them, but also took the initiative to bring a brush and a toy so that she could engage with them. In the pictures she sent, they appeared very comfortable and happy. She was successful at getting even my most distrustful kitty to play with the feather-on-a-string, When I returned home, the kitties looked content and everything in the kitty room was super clean. I highly recommend her and hope that I can use her services again in the future.
I was really impressed with Kelsey's kind and sweet ways with my Sammy! He doesn't warm up to easily, and this would have been the very first time I would have left him with a sitter. I have got to say Sam liked Kelsey very much, and came and laid by her, and ate his treats, and really warmed up to her and made me feel oh so comfortable for when I do have to leave him in the future. Kelsey sent me notices when she was on her way here and had wonderful conversation with me once she got here, since I was unable to attend my trip. She was so caring, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again to take care of Sam, especially now that I have gotten to know her, and was able to see her interact with my precious Sammy. Kelsey was Great!
Selina was amazing with my special-needs cat. She followed instructions perfectly, was gentle and patient, and sent regular updates that made me feel at ease. I could tell my cat felt safe and cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter! Thank you Selina!!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
