Very professional and willing to work with late nights and early mornings! My dog has heavy anxiety and has a hard time trusting strangers, but warmed up very quickly to Ashley, which was a huge stress off of my shoulders! Frequent updates with photos, and great at communicating. Absolutely will book her again if I need a sitter in the future!!!
Paul was wonderful about keeping me updated as this was my first time ever using Rover and I was very anxious about it. And when my flight home was affected he was great about understanding those changes. If he is free the next time I need care for Anakin I would pick him every time!

Delaney was the sweetest person. She made our pups feel at home with a fresh blanket and new stuffies just for them. I couldn’t have asked more of her for communication, she answered in a timely manner any time I’d message. She made sure to learn about any quirks our dogs might have. They came home smelling good, happy and ready to nap (which was very nice after getting back from a road trip). Delaney is professional and took great care of our 2 girls for almost a week, highly recommend!
Tamara was great with King. He was recovering from surgery and needed meds while I was gone, so I was pretty stressed about leaving him, but she made the whole process easy. She kept me updated, took good care of him, and gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. King came back happy and healthy. I'd definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy sitter.
It was wonderful to have my Ginger in Joy's care! This was my first boarding experience after recently moving to the area and it was easeful throughout.
