About: !!$20 dollars off with my code!! https://www.rover.com/sit/adorid23970 I have loved and cared for pets of all kinds since I was 6 years old. Over the years, I've gained extensive, hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals, including raising 13 cats at one time and training my own Rottweiler with high-level obedience. I also volunteer at the Paws and Claws animal shelter, which has given me great experience handling reptiles and unique pets. I am highly experienced in crisis management for dogs and cats of all ages, and I've even helped safely deliver 4 litters of kittens and 2 litters of puppies. Because I know how important your fur babies are, I am incredibly communicative and prioritize full transparency, providing regular photo and text updates to give you total peace of mind. I work in a biology lab just 5 minutes from my home, typically from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Because my hours can occasionally shift a bit (like 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM), I’ve built a highly reliable routine around my cycling and online classes to make sure your pet gets constant care. Since I travel entirely by bike, I never get stuck in campus traffic or delayed looking for parking. I am always just a quick, predictable ride away. Please note that because I commute by bicycle, I am unable to provide pet transportation or pick up your animals. For all services, I will either visit your home directly, or you can drop your pet off at our agreed-upon location. Here is how I split my schedule to give your pet the best experience: - For Boarding: Because I live right down the street from the lab, I easily pop back home during the day to check in, refresh water, and give quick potty breaks. Since my university schoolwork is entirely online, the moment I am home, I am sitting at my computer right next to your pup. They get full run of the space, couch cuddles, and constant companionship while I study. - For House Sitting: I adapt my schedule to keep your pet in their comfort zone. I handle my lab shifts during the day, using my bike to get back to your house quickly and punctually. I then set up my remote workspace right in your home for the evening, ensuring your pet has a warm, attentive presence for dinner, long walks, and bedtime. - On Weekends: I am completely free! Weekends are entirely dedicated to your fur baby, filled with long park adventures, tons of playtime, and hands-on attention. Your pet's safety, comfort, and peace of mind mean everything to me. I live in a university-approved, pet-friendly ESA space on the Texas A&M campus. It’s a calm, secure, entirely smoke-free home designed to be a relaxing safe haven for visiting animals. Here is exactly how I maintain a secure and trustworthy environment: - When Boarding: My space is kept meticulously clean and entirely pet-proofed; meaning no loose wires, harmful clutter, or accessible human food. Having raised 13 cats and safely delivered litters, I am hyper-aware of 'escape artist' behaviors. I always double-check doors and windows before they open, and I practice strict threshold control so no pup slips out. Your pet will enjoy full couch privileges, a quiet area to decompress, and a tidy, safe space to play. - When House Sitting: I treat your home with the absolute highest level of respect. I keep common areas spotless, follow your exact trash and tidiness preferences, and ensure your home is locked up tight every single time I step out. I strictly adhere to your house rules, if your pet has specific boundaries, a strict diet, or a precise medication schedule, I follow it to a T. - Constant Communication: To keep you completely at ease, I love sending regular photo updates and quick texts throughout the stay. You’ll never have to wonder how they’re doing; you'll get to see them relaxing, playing, and enjoying their routine in real-time.
About: I have been around animals my whole life from dogs and cats to larger livestock animals. I have also worked in a vet clinic and know the care these animals deserve and need! I’m currently a full-time student but can plan visits and animals care around my classes! I stay on top of all my commitments and makes sure everything is correct! I have worked in a vet clinic before and know how to properly handle and care for dogs and cats. I am able to carry a crate or any other needs of the animal.
About: I studied biology and received my Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University. I have interned and volunteered at the Birmingham Zoo as well as experience working as a kennel assistant at an animal clinic. Since I was a kid I’ve always had a passion to care for animals and believe that they deserve the same love and care as people do. I know that I will be able to show that with each client I work with! My current job is pretty flexible as I can set my own hours to work. I usually work early morning late evening, so anything outside of that works normally. For some situations concerning availability I am also willing to adjust if needed. I have a two bedroom apartment with a balcony as well as an extra large front yard and backyard around out building. The apartment complex also has walking trails/sidewalks and is less than 5 minutes away from Red Mountain.
“Rylee took such great care of Caine while we were at work. Learned his habits really well and had our Caine waiting to see her when she wasn't scheduled for a visit the next day.”

About: I've adored dogs my whole life and have cared for many since I was around 9 years old. I can do pretty much anything for your pets! I have experience walking, playing, grooming, poop-scooping, bathing, and administering different forms of medications (pills, ear drops, anti-fungal paw treatment, oral liquids). I do not reinforce bad habits such as jumping up on people, and I am familiar with dog body language. I have taken care of some of senior dogs, one of which needed help moving around and was mostly blind. High-energy dogs and young puppies are no problem! I do some basic training, too. Let me know if you'd like regular updates and I'll be more than happy to do so! I'm currently working part-time with a flexible schedule. I usually work weekends during the day and sometimes a weekday or two. For house sitting, the amount of time I'm there depends on how much I work during the day, but I will be there in the morning and evening/night each day I'm there. I will clarify for you which days I am completely available depending on my schedule for the week if you're interested in my services! I care for client's pets just as they instruct me to, but I employ my own knowledge as well. The safety of the pets comes first, and if I need to make extra visits while the client is gone, I will make more time to do so or visit on my breaks from work if possible. I'll take other dogs out to play, cuddle, on walks, or whatever fits the individual dog's needs or owner's instructions. I follow any instructions given exactly, and ensure I follow them correctly. If I have any questions or need clarification, I won't hesitate to reach out.
“Emily was able to help us out on very short notice and did a great job! Our mini Aussie can be a little tough but she was able to make her comfortable. Thank you so much!!”

“Alana did a great job taking care of our two kitties while we were away! Even our super skittish cat who generally hides from strangers let Alana pet her! Alana was great with updates and sent pictures every visit. We will book again!”

“Paul saved us in a real pinch. Our original dog sitter had a medical emergency after we had already left town and he stepped in and took good care of our dog over the Christmas holiday. Much much thanks! He spent extra time winning over our shy boy!”

About: I have owned multiple breeds of dogs my entire life! I have a lot of experience working with my blue heeler/collie mix, and we have even taken an obedience course! I used to do competitive dog shows in 4H with my heeler as well. I have house sat multiple times. I have taken care of dogs such as labs, rotties, and I even have done farm chores for people while they are away. I currently care for two cats of my own and understand feeding schedules, litter maintenance, medication administration, and the importance of respecting each cat’s personality and boundaries. I grew up in 4H and have cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, show hogs, cattle, horses, chickens, ducks, and other farm animals. I understand that every animal has different needs and personalities, and I strive to make them feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I currently work here in town as a legal assistant. My current schedule allows for flexibility during evenings and weekends. In addition, I have reliable transportation. I am very eager to accommodate all kinds of pet owners! I have given both cats and dogs medications, and have cared for both young and old animals. I can clean up after dogs and scoop litter boxes, and other tasks that involve keeping a client’s home clean and safe! I really value reading an animal’s body language and making sure to treat them with the upmost respect.
About: I am currently a second year veterinary student here at A&M, so I am very knowledgable on animal health and behavior. I have been taking care of animals for my entire life, so I am open to any size, type, or any level of specialized care that they might need. I can also help with nail trims, anal glands and administering medications! This summer my schedule is very flexible, and only have a few weeks blocked off due to my externships that I need to attend. This allows me to work anytime that you might need! I currently live in an apartment, so that’s why I am currently not offering boarding. However, in a client’s home I will always make sure the pet is cared for while keeping you home clean and organized.
“We (humans and dogs) recommend Shedreanna! She came over for a meet and greet to meet the pups. She was punctual, kind, and good communicator. We will request her services again.”

About: I have maintained canine companionship since I was three years old!, My personal dogs were entrusted to my care right from the get-go. Since then, I have accumulated more than 25 years of animal care experience. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
