About: Hello, My name is Alexis and I can sure you that I will provide the most fun for your dog! I live at walking distance of Hudson Park so your pet will have guaranteed walks or runs. My summer days are mostly free since teaching is over! Yay! This also means more potty breaks for your pet! And bed and couch will be welcoming your pet so have no worries! I am athletic so your pet will get his/her daily exercise! Please dont hesitate on contacting me about boarding, sitting, or walks! My availability is every day from 12pm-12am during the weekdays and I'm free for the weekends. I can also provide long term boarding for your pet. Please let me love your pet. Thanks I am currently off for the summer so I am looking for part time jobs. I am free up until August when I start teaching again. About: I have owned multiple breeds of dogs my entire life! I have a lot of experience working with my blue heeler/collie mix, and we have even taken an obedience course! I used to do competitive dog shows in 4H with my heeler as well. I have house sat multiple times. I have taken care of dogs such as labs, rotties, and I even have done farm chores for people while they are away. I currently care for two cats of my own and understand feeding schedules, litter maintenance, medication administration, and the importance of respecting each cat’s personality and boundaries. I grew up in 4H and have cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, show hogs, cattle, horses, chickens, ducks, and other farm animals. I understand that every animal has different needs and personalities, and I strive to make them feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I currently work here in town as a legal assistant. My current schedule allows for flexibility during evenings and weekends. In addition, I have reliable transportation. I am very eager to accommodate all kinds of pet owners! I have given both cats and dogs medications, and have cared for both young and old animals. I can clean up after dogs and scoop litter boxes, and other tasks that involve keeping a client’s home clean and safe! Julie is so sweet and caring. I have a senior dog and I’m very anxious about him since he’s dealing with sundowning. Julie took the time to visit him the day before her stay to understand his quirks and how to handle him if he starts to get anxious during her stay. Mind you, she already met us but since our first visit, he started to show severe signs of dementia. This made me feel so much relief knowing she’s attentive and understanding. I felt so much better knowing he was in good hands 😊
Julie did so amazing with Emmy as well as my crazy demands! I’m very overbearing but she handled it so well! Anything we asked she would accommodate because she truly cares about the pets!
