My pets are my life, and yours will be too! I'm a vet student at Texas A&M so my schedule typically revolves around school and clinic hours, but I am able to make time for a couple of clients during the week, and often many on weekends. I do a good job of keeping my calendar up-to-date many weeks in advance.

Safety, trust & environment
As a vet student safety is my number one priority! I am an absolute paranoid pet owner and I promise to bring that same level of attention to your pets. I am tidy and will leave your house as I found it or better! If you need house-sitting duties taken care of (trash, mail, quick sweep, poop pick-up, etc.), just let me know! I respect everyone's wishes with their pets. Pets can be crated, kept separate, and walked on leashes, whatever is your normal routine I will stick to so that your pets are comfortable and safe at all times. For safety, I won't walk dogs off leash in unfenced areas. Exceptions are on a case by case basis. I can bring a long line (30 ft leash) if your pet needs extra space for play, just give me a heads up!
Information Reagan M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know what your pets normal routine is so I can keep their stress low and their day normal! If your pet has any special needs/requirements such as dietary restriction, training goals, or medications, I will take care of them diligently. I know training can be super important, especially in young and recently acquired dogs. If you have been working on boundaries and manners with your dog (or cat, horse, etc) that you would like me to also follow, please dont hesitate to let me know. If you use training tools (e-collar [recall and redirection only], prong collar, head collar, etc.) I am willing to continue using them during your visit. A meet and greet showing your dog is used to the equipment and is comfortable will be required as I will not use them on a dog that does not have prior training with them (i.e. a dog cannot pull constantly on a head or prong collar). If you use clicker training I am also happy to facilitate continuing that during visits. We will need to meet ahead of time to make sure your dog and I are effectively communicating the way you have taught them and to be sure we keep the same goals.
A typical day
I love to go to parks, hike, and walk the dogs in engaging areas. We play fetch, tug, and go for fun runs. We can also do enrichment games with puzzle toys and snuffle mats.

Pet care experience
I'm a third year vet student at A&M and have a MS in animal science. I am active in dog sports and shows. I'm a lover of all animals, and have experience with horses, dogs, cats, birds, various live stock, reptiles, and rodents. I love to be an all around help in every way I can! I have experience with elderly and young animals of all sizes and needs. We're a very active family and our pups love to meet new friends, as do we. I worked in the pet industry for many years, and have overall experience and knowledge in the care and maintenance of domestic animals. My whole world revolves around them - literally! Rover does not have an option for non dog/cat species, if you are in need of care for a different animal, just let me know and we can work that out! A dog or cat must also be on the booking and Rover insurance will not apply to other species. I always try to book a meet and greet before you pay, so that we can get to know each other and your pets can meet me. Occasionally I wont be able to do a meet and greet if you're booking within 48 hours of your needed date. If that is the case, I am more than happy to thoroughly communicate with you to decide if you, your pet, and I are a good fit for each other.

Reviews
I’m always confident that Reagan can take care of the place! Always a job well done!

Reagan was amazing! She took so many cute pictures and left me detailed notes. I felt very happy knowing my pets were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using rover for drop in visits and it couldn’t have gone better!
Reagan M. cancelled a booking after the stay began.

Reagan was amazing to my pup & cat. She made sure everyone was well played with & doing ok. I highly recommend her & would book with her again.
